A good buy.
A very pretty top. Fitted a bit big around the shoulders but it like the fabric design. Will wear it for my choir concert and on many other occasions I'm sure.

Great customer service. I ordered a dress online and then realised I could get blue light discount. The agent arranged for a refund for the discount straight away.

Liked the dress but not the fabric. Needed to return, a bit of a struggle as I had to use Royal Mail and they have closed most of the post offices in my area. Probably won't order from Yumi again for this reason.

Very poor quality
Quality of the dress I ordered was really bad, I had already ironed 3/4 of it before I noticed a lot of what I can only describe as a cluster of small moth holes in the mesh, and the printing on it was shocking in places.

Two good quality gorgeous dresses
I’ve had two good quality gorgeous dresses from Yumi this Summer which I ‘ve worn on repeat but a 3rd dress was poor quality so I’ve only given 4 stars - it was in clearance . However delivery was fast. Two out of three ain’t bad ! I would buy again .

Sorry but i havnt had a good experience the dress was poor quality and didnt fit anyway. Cant send it back as the qr code wouldnt work tried ringing up but no reply.

Simple to order. Delivered quickly. Lovely dresses, but had to return, as far too long on me. Yumi do deduct postage for returns.

Poor refund policy
Do not buy from the Yumi website if there’s a chance you may want to return an item. They charge a refund handling fee and deduct the postage so you don’t get back anything like the amount you’ve paid (and of course you have to pay to return the items yourself).

Please note that creating a return label via the Royal Mail returns portal below, will mean that you are not charged at the Post Office to send your return parcel.

Delayed refunds
I ordered 3 dresses they send 2 and said the 3rd had been refunded and i sent 1 back - they took forever to refund the one i sent back and had to ask again for the one they didn't send. Beware.
