Engineers say different things
The engineer in the summer said there was a leak somewhere and at the autumn service to get this fixed as would need to run the heating. The autumn engineer said something totally different and still have issue with boiler losing pressure. Will prob have to pay for another call out when 2nd engineer should have fixed it. Not happy

Great Service
Andy, who came to undertake the boiler service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even going out of his way to answer a couple of other questions i had regarding our boiler/heating system.
I would only mark down that my appointment was pushed back 2 weeks due to company being busy for my first scheduled date. But consideration was given and i was informed in due course.

Cracking company.
Great company to do business with. They organise my yearly boiler service to suit my needs with very experienced engineers who are respectful to the customer and their property. Ryan Shannon Jnr of connect energy plumbing has been out to my address twice now and completed the service and work competently, efficiently and very respectfully. Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely courteous answering my queries and explaining concisely the problems he found and what he would do to fix the issues. I am deaf and he was very patient and spoke in a manner I could hear and understand 10/10
