Rang on a Sunday (yes, Sunday) about non functioning CH. Rang back & fixed an appt for the following day - Monday morning. Arrived on time and fixed the problem without fuss. Excellent service.

Amended Plan at Renewal
I needed to amend my plan because we have replaced our gas boiler with a heat pump. Sarah very quickly put a new plan together which was very competitive.
