The case manager was extremely professional and responsive to my requests. She inherited a remortgage that had failed to complete due to poor service of a competing conveyancer and a frazzled customer. She picked up the case and completed the transaction in double quick time leaving a very happy customer. Full marks to her!

Stacey Walsh has been absolutely fantastic throughout the remortgage process. I had a bridging loan on a renovation project do this remortgage was time critical. Stacey was brilliant.
