I used “Your conveyancer” for a sale. Although I had complications ,karlie Hudson Was a great communicator. She always returned my calls (usually within hours) and every time I asked for her to action something to progress my sale , she had actually already done it. Such a quick and effortless experience .

Yourconveyancer.co.uk provided a first class service and communication through my case files was excellent and we were kept up to date throughout the application process. Case Manager and other staff also very helpful and application was approved within timescale requested. Thanks for your assistance.

From the start of the process communication was non existent. There was no 'hello' email, just automated emails asking for a questionnaire to be filled in, these emails actually looked like spam.

This was my first remortgage so I tried to call my point of contact numerous times, I left numerous voicemails and emailed to ask her to call, she never had the decency to return a single call.

There seemed to be very little urgency from them to make any progress, I asked numerous times over email if we would still make the planned completion date, which they insisted we would, up to two days before the completions date when they then said we would not make the completion date.

We ended up completing 20 days late, this resulted in me incurring almost £300 in extra interest. When I questioned why this delay had occurred. They tried to blame it on Royal Mail, which it quite clearly was not. I asked for the interest payments to be covered by the company as it was a result of their incompetence. They initially refused as they again blamed it on Royal Mail.

My only positive experience was once the complain was referred to the customer service manager. She called me and apologised for the issues experienced. She promised she would look into it and if the delay was due to them she would cover the interest payments. Within a couple of days she had emailed me to say it was their fault and the money would be refunded, which it was later that day.

We had Izaura dealing with our sale and purchase and we could not have asked for a better person to help us.
She was fast and efficient and all queries we had were answered same day.

I cannot put into words how efficient Joe Allen was in dealing with my case. Any questions I had were dealt with immediately and messages the same. The process was seamless, the portal intuitive and easy to follow and upload items and documents. Regular updates received so I was constantly updated on where we were at in the process giving reassurance and peace of mind. My conveyancer in particular was a lady called Stacy Walsh. She was exceptional. Regular personal comms via email and calls when necessary. A total breath of fresh air and it made what can be a stressful situation quite easy and pleasant in the end.
