Sophie Fowkes and her team acted for us in the sale of our London property. I can not speak more highly of the service they provided. The sale itself ended up being a complicated one, (not in any way way due to Taylor Rose) and we were so thankful that we had Sophie's expertise to guide us successfully through this. Taylor & Rose recently acted on our behalf to purchase a residential property. In particular, dealing with Rhys Brasier was flawless - made what was a long journey from the inception of discussing and negotiating a purchase price with the vendor to completion took significant longer than anticipated but that was due to delays on our side. Once these challenges were overcome, Rhys was on the ball with getting all the paperwork; searches; enquiries very efficiently. Rhys even went as far as wanting to know more about our culture when making such a purchase and worked with us to achieve a suitable exchange and completion date.

I recently finalised a flat purchase with Roshan Upadhya acting as my conveyancer. My partner and I were first time buyers so everything was new to us. Overall I’m really grateful for the support throughout my first house purchase and pleased everything completed successfully. Towards the end especially, Catherine Bell worked hard to push things through quickly which I really appreciated.

There were a couple of points during the process that caused some unnecessary stress, particularly around the LISA and the final completion statement, where figures were initially incorrect. Communication at times could also have been a bit clearer or quicker, which would have helped as a first-time buyer.

That said, everything was resolved and I’m thankful for the help in getting me into my new home.
