A nightmare.
No replies from the shop in the last 3 months.
Sent an item back for a refund, it was delivered a month ago and still no money back. Running at paypal right now. Avoid a headache and shop elsewhere.

Ordered a Selle Italia saddle at an excellent price. Very Fast delivery. Exactly what I wanted A++. I’ll be a regular customer now, great buying experience.

Trotz langsamster Versandart war das Paket nach 5 Werktagen da. Tracking ist über den bereitgestellten Link nicht besonders ausführlich, aber über andere Webseiten ließ sich der Weg gut nachverfolgen. Durch die anderen Bewertungen war ich etwas verunsichert, aber die Produkte sind neu und tadellos angekommen. Wer die Ware nicht am nächsten Tag braucht und mit einer französischen/englischen Webseite zurecht kommt, kann hier ein paar Euro sparen.

J’ai commandé deux pneus 16 pouces pour le vélo de la fille. Site sérieux avec une livraison rapide. Ma commande était emballée soigneusement et très bien protégée.
Le site propose des produits au meilleur rapport/qualité/prix par rapport aux autres sites webs.

One of the WORST online experiences I've had. Took over a month to receive a crankset I ordered. I have never had an item ordered from Europe take more than two weeks tops even in the COVID excuse for poor service. Takes them forever to respond to emails (like a week) Started a chargeback with my credit card company and suddenly the package appeared in Chicago after no tracking info was available since they supposedly shipped it. Will never use the again. Prices are not that good anyway.

Terrible company, they don’t respond to emails, I ordered a product almost 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received. They are completely ignoring me and stealing my money. I’ve tried reaching out politely multiple times but I’ve had it. If you live in the USA do not order from this place !

Beware ! Purchased a Look bb adapter (2 pieces) July 4. After a number of not answered mails with question when to ship. One piece of the adapter arrived July 21. Useless since not complete. Have since then used their official question point of contact and seperate mails (5). Asking for the missing part or how to return for refund. No answers until now and ever. Total silence. August 23 today and I consider the 90 EUR lost. Please spend your money elsewhere. This business is just a joke and plain fraud.

De levering was perfect, snel, goed etc.
Maar helaas brak het gekochte na 9 maanden finaal door. Ticket aangemaakt voor defect en retourzending werd zeer snel geregeld. Nu is het artikel al zeker een maand retour bij XXcycle, ondanks herhaalde berichten wordt er niet gereageerd en weet ik nog steeds niet wanneer ik een vervangend product krijg toegestuurd. Erg onprofessioneel om niet te reageren op de berichten van de klant, dit kom erg onbetrouwbaar over.

It’s a scam, orders are not processed 48 hours after payment despite guaranteed 24 hours delivery, no email reply, no phones being answered despite 10 attempts, avoid at all cost ...

Don't recall how I ever discovered this French bicycle equipment store but I've been a returning customer now for two years or so. Always competitive pricing, quick delivery (to Belgium) and an informative website (both in French and Franglais ;-)) à la prochaine! Si jamais je suis dans la vicinité de Toulouse je visiterai l'établissement.

Mauvais produit livré fin mai 2020. Aucun retour du service commercial malgré les multiples mails. Pas sérieux.
J'ai des doutes sur les avis excellents de certains clients !

Attention, il y a un site xxcycle.com et xxcycle.fr sur trustpilot mais même entreprise ;-)

J'ai passé une commande pour 2 pneus le 30 mai 2020. Le 1er juin j'ai reçu un message m'informant de l'expédition de la commande par Chronopost. Le site de livraison indique que la commande est toujours chez xxcycle. Certes suites Covid 19 , XX cycle pas joignables ni au téléphone ni par messagerie ( 2 messages de demande d'information sur la commande restés sans réponse).
 Bref, je suis très mécontent et sans aucune nouvelle de la commande passée depuis 6 jours !!

Great service and delivery times
I was so happy to find the parts that I needed for my road bike on your site, as they are quite hard to find. Order processing and delivery times were the thing that surprised me the most - xxcycle processed my order quite quickly, but not only that, the items that I ordered arrived a lot quicker than some things that I ordered from other international stores that had (I previously thought) had reasonable postage times. I will definitely be coming back!

Great experience...ordered on a Friday, received my helmet the following Thursday (live in the USA)...product as described, fast shipping, what more could you ask for, highly recommended!!!!

I bought road crank but sent a crank for the mtb. I bounced back and asked for a refund, but it was only refunded after I filed a claim with PayPal. However, the return fee has not been refunded yet. Do not use.
