Fraud company don't buy anything
After delaying in delivery of product of product for more then 17 days after that I initiated for refund of my money of 763 but company has initiated 663
There no problem from my side then why would I bear 100 rupee

The fabric feels soft and smooth.
The stitching looks neat.
The fit sits perfectly on your shoulders.
When you look in the mirror, you feel stylish and confident.
Later, after 5–6 washes, the color is still fresh and the shape is the same.

Best ever decision to switch from jockey. Ordered shuffle trunks from XYXX and felt soo good and comfortable, perfect for all day comfort. No such issues found even after 6 months. Will try more products from Xyxx

Totally not worth it. Quality below average and overpriced as well. On return they initiate refund in the form of gift card and that also is way complicated for to apply for the first timers. Customer care team is pathetic

This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had with an online brand. I ordered a pack of 5 underwear from XYXX, but they delivered only 4 pieces and still charged me for all 5. When I raised the issue, their customer support simply hid behind their “48-hour policy” and refused to help, even though I explained that I was out of station and opened the parcel only after returning.

This clearly points to a serious packing issue, and the way they handled it feels nothing short of a cheap scam tactic. A brand that can’t even ensure the correct quantity and then denies responsibility is not trustworthy.

I strongly warn new customers:
👉 Always record an unboxing video.
👉 Count every item immediately.
👉 Don’t expect any support if something goes wrong.

Very disappointed with XYXX. Poor packaging, poor accountability, and absolutely unreliable customer service.

Dont buy from them they do not know the meaning of customer service!! I Ordered 5 Undies @999 but they only sent me 4! So naturally i contacted them and showed them the picture they denied now they said I had to do unbox video why? Isnt the customer word enough? Why would someone lie for 200 bucks undie! VERY POOR

I am rating it 2 because of the support provided by their team,

I placed order of 5 items all of same size but out of 5 2 were short but the size marking label was same when I raised request on customer support their response time was very high

they ask for video of product to be not fit while wearing them but those are undergarment I feel voilated sharing such videos to them.

Also when I shared picture of the correct sized item of their own in comparision of incorrect size product still there was standard response no resolution

I ordered an XXL item from this website, but received a size L instead. Despite requesting an exchange for the correct XXL size, I was sent another size L, which was incredibly frustrating. The website clearly showed that I selected XXL, and I even sent screenshots of my order confirmation to prove it, but the customer support team insisted I had ordered a size L. Their response was unhelpful and dismissive.
To make matters worse, there’s no proper customer support. There’s no phone number to call for assistance, and emails go unanswered or receive vague replies that don’t address the issue. I’ve purchased many products from various platforms, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The lack of accountability and poor service make this a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise against buying this product or from this company until they improve their customer service and order accuracy. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

pathetic service provider.
I had order 18 days ago and still it is not delivered. Also they not update you on call or msg. You have been following up everything. Also when i msg on their whatsapp they have ai chatbot for same msg every time. I suggested that never buy from xyxx. their services worst

I recently placed an order on the XYXX website and received the products on time, as promised. However, one of the items was delivered in a lesser quantity than what I had ordered.

I reached out to their customer care team, but their response was both surprising and disappointing. They stated that I should have uploaded an unboxing video as proof. Honestly, how is anyone supposed to anticipate that something will be missing from a sealed package? I did share photos of the items I received — it’s not like I can rewind time and record the unboxing now.

This was a very poor experience. For an order worth just ₹200, it's hard to believe anyone would intentionally manipulate the package.
