I just got off of the phone with a rep from WWA. I had an extra couple minutes before my next meeting so I asked some pointed questions. I pointed out the terrible reviews. I asked why they are not credited with the Better Business Bureau. I asked if she could point me towards positive experiences of the “225 THOUSAND members world wide. I asked if she could point me to positive experiences in Texas. She couldn’t. She did not have any answers to these questions. Definitely not legitimate. I gave 2 stars ONLY because I kept her on the phone for 15 minutes and she never got ugly or rude. :)

Do NOT trust this company. Very odd call I had so I came to resource and vet the organization and then BAM!

Flag #1 - They did not vet me or my credentials AT ALL! You don't know me from Adam! I could have just LIED AND LIED to you about myself and my career.
Flag #2 - He pressed for payment even when I said I do not give my card out over the phone.
Flag #3 - If you pay by Mastercard right now you get $50 off the membership.
Flag #4 - If you secure your membership today you get a $500 hotel voucher.

I mean come on ... REALLY???

Do better WWA! We are trying to empower each other as professionals and here you are stealing from everyone!!!

Will charge your card numerous times without authorization, for hundreds of dollars. Initially signed up because I thought the initial fee was the only fee (it was the only fee disclosed to me) but alas, it is not. Had to get a whole new debit card and file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Don't bother.

Please stay away from this business. If I could give a lower rating I would. They lied and said it was a yearly membership. Then they charged my card 299.00 in 3 different months. Then they started monthly charges of 39.00. I emailed and canceled the membership. I got an email from their finance department in Sept saying they processed my request to cancel the membership and my refund. I never received the refund and they have continued to try and charge my card every month. I am filing fraud charges.

Do not engage with the organization. I put in an application months ago and forgot about it. All of a sudden within the past few days I have been inundated with calls. I researched the reviews and the BBB complaints. Needless to say "BAD NEWS". I have told them several times I am not interested and to cease calling me. One lady even told me to wait and listen to the questions and then make a decision after I told her I was not interested. I have threatened to take further action so the lady said she would notate that. Anyone that calls that much from differents cities and states is up to now good.

To All Potential "Members"...DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS ASSOCIATION. 🚩Red flags are as follows: 1. Anytime a person you don't know, and have no way of verifying if they are who they claim to be, press you for money...IT'S A SCAM 9 times out of 10.
2. Fast talkers, promising you the world 🌎 and willingness to do all the work, just because you are a part of their membership, BEWARE.
3. Back to back calls from a Known Scammers Region...(972) NEW YORK, suddenly and continously, You've Been Warned!

I was going to respond with the annual payment today after reading an email I received today. As always, I checked the reviews and I'm glad I did.

I obviously contacted WWA at some point because they have my email. But after reading the reviews, I checked and found many emails they sent me from June 2023 to June 2024 sometimes several on the same day.

They have two or three emails they send many times over. This one reads,
Our records indicate that you spoke to one of our
membership coordinators recently and they
approved your application. Congratulations!
However, it's noted that you did not yet complete
the membership enrollment process.
which is a lie, I did not speak with anyone!

The Worldwide Women's Association is a dishonest organization that is out to take your money. They charged my credit card without permission and have not replied to numerous emails about the issue and I still do not know why they charged me money. They are not reachable by phone. They are a SCAM. Please do not give them your money or your credit card number. I wish I had read these reviews before joining them.

Like everyone else, I was subjected to fraud by this organization. I was recently charged over $600 for charging my card for a membership I never authorized. When you try to call the contact number they provide on their website, it is a recorded message saying to look on their website. I have reported them to my bank for fraud, to the police and to the state attorney general's office. Money has been refunded, but I will be pursuing this as no woman should be subjected to this.

This is a scam. They get you to sign up with promises that you will be part of a network of professional women helping women and tell you how wonderful you are at what you do.

If they get your phone number, they will call you non-stop from different New York State phone numbers until they talk to you and get you to sign up or to try to get more money out of you.

Once I signed up and paid the initial fee last July, I felt something was off and locked my credit card. After looking into it more I realized they are absolutely not a reputable company.

After paying the initial fee and then locking my credit card, they would call multiple times every day from a different NY number every time (I blocked so many numbers I’ve lost track).

They’ve attempted to charge my locked credit card $300 multiple times each month, without any correspondence stating they would do so (they have my email address, which is where the absolutely useless membership welcome packet was sent, and obviously my phone number).

Do not give this company money. Do not give them your credit card or any financial information. If you already have, lock and/ or close your account.

The place is a scam. Run away.

We have had noting to do with this company for over 1 year and they are still charging our credit card after we cut ties.

Also Received phone abuse.

As of May 2024 we are contacting the fraud department at our bank and tring to retrieve over $500

Thank you everyone for your reviews. I was on call with one of them today she pressured me to sign up which i saw as a red flag. She even reduced the lifetime payment to $149 to get me sign up today but something didn't just add up for me. I told the lady to send me a payment link so I can do it online, she said if I don't sign up straight away the offer will expire. I managed to control the call in my favour and didn't hand in my card detail. Thank you Lord Jesus. Sad women are doing this.

This organization is a complete scam. I was at a point where I was looking for a job change and was the perfect victim. They claim to be made up of professionals and membership unlocks networking opportunities and you get a profile on their site. Then they ask you for HUNDREDS of dollars more to "write your bio" - mine was of poor quality and they didn't even spell my name right. They charged my card without authorization and I had to threaten to reverse it to get them to refund me.

They will harass you with high pressure sales and get down right rude and disrespectful when you say no. LinkedIn is free and gives way more benefits than this complete scam of an organization.

This is a scam. Do NOT give them your money. I luckily realised just before it is too late. Their product is non-existent. Avoid at ALL costs.

Found out about the organization on social media. (All you have to do is pay for your ad to be ran on facebook and IG). They emailed and called back to back.
Finally, answered the call. Felt like a job interview. After all that, I was told I was accepted into this elite organization which would help my company and/or brand expand.
The lady goes on and on without explaining how this will grow your brand and what exactly the organization stems from. While I'm on the phone I look into the website and see it's based out of Denmark. How would people overseas help me to network inside the United States? (Red Flag).
The lady then goes into the membership fees and says that it's a membership of 299 without explaining what I would be getting out of this said membership. (Red Flag)
I told her that I don't have money to give to a membership at the moment and she explained that she would waive the fee if I became a lifetime member for 199.00 today. (Red Flag).
I asked specific questions about what they would do to expand my brand since I would be attending conferences in person or via Zoom and how would that help me.
As I heard the buzzing of other call center workers in the background on the phone, there were no real detail as to what this organization does.
If they are helping you for 200 hundred dollars please explain to me what are they doing. I can go anywhere to get motivational speeches (TED talks, Tony Robbins, Candace Owens, etc)..
For those who did pay, are you getting connected to people who work within your same scope to give you leads or anything tangible?
Sounds like you would probably be better off going on LinkedIn and building connections for free.
I want to build a real circle with real people and real results.

The lady kept talking about money and making a payment, not allowing the conversation to die down and letting me decide if this was worth the investment, so I hung up.

The organization is not elite. You will not get Mason/Eastern Star connections. They are after your credit card. They are taking "chasing the bag" to a whole other level.

From the other reviews, it looks like once they have your card information it's game over. They are running up your credit card like Kim Kardashian ran up Ray J's mom's credit card and never paid them back during her maid/closet cleaning era. (IYKYK)

Heck give the card information to me I'll put it to good use. (Jokes)..

This company is a scam I can’t believe I fell for it. I registered for a 5 year membership with £75. A month after I received a text from my bank asking if I authorised 4 other attempts, on different days , different figures in their hundreds, all in one week, to send money to WWA. I did not authorise any such transactions!!!! Thank God my bank sensed something fishy and did not process the transactions. When I thought maybe it was just one person doing this wrong deed, I sent an email asking them to investigate these attempts at defrauding me. My email was ignored, instead they still tried after sending the email to withdraw another amount from my account. It made me realise there exists in there, a network of persons whose aim is to steal your money once you register, especially if you’re not in the US.
Any good feedback you see about the company, I’m sure it is those in on it writing them. It is sad that it has come to this.

ITS A SCAM, they offer me a one year for $99, when I see the webpage no information to networking. after a month there is a new payment for $499 UNATHORIZZED!
Now I see a lot of Complains, scams, and warnings!! too late.

I saw this organization ad on Instagram. Thought to apply just to see. They called me this morning, asked some questions which sound not super suspicious. But when I asked them the membership fee they tried not to answer until I have answered their cover up questions.Then they said the lifetime membership is $299 and I have to pay RIGHT NOW. I smell the scam from this urgency for payment, so I said I don't have the card right now, could she give me more time I will get back to her? Usually this is a very reasonable response, no one should be mad about a later payment since it's not committed in any ways. But the woman on the other side sounded depressed and kept trying to ask me to pay right away and did mention the $50 discount if I used MasterCard. I think any official organization should have the professionalism to offer other payment options, like an invoice or online form. But this one didn't offer any of that. When she heard me without a card now, she seemed a bit angry and asked me to go to my laptop and she will teach me how to make a payment through an email which she will send to me. This is even more suspicious! I said I'm outside in a park, don't have my card nor a computer! Then she seemed given up and said will email me later. But it's been 2 hours now I received nothing. My experience is try to figure out the mood of the person talking, a scam usually don't have the professionalism or patience to listen to you talking too much and try to confuse them.

This is a SCAM! Do not engage with this association! I registered with them for a lifetime membership my credit card was charged in December with an advice that I will get a follow up call on creating my profile. However, I did not get any call but emails asking for further payment and when I declined explaining that I have already paid they made continuous attempts to charge my card with outrageous amounts.
All my emails have not been responded to and there is no actual person to talk to sadly.
