I had a similar experience to all the other women that have written reviews. The conversation went well up until the end asking for a Mastercard. I said, I have a call can I call you back. The representative said No and hung up on me. This is so shady, I don't know how they are in business.

They called me at 9 AM when my brain is still slow and went through an interview, then approved my profile: "Congratulations! You are eligible to become a member.." Then, they asked if I wanted to sign up for the 5-year or the lifetime membership and offered a discount if I used a Mastercard. That was where I got suspicious... I'm glad I ended the conversation without sharing any more information. There must be a way to STOP these people!

This so-called organization is a scam. I have never enrolled in anything membership but they keep trying to charge my credit card.

Sounds like a Scam! Most of the reviewers were mentioning the initial call from a friendly operator and how they got scammed. My initial call was horrible. The operator was not only extremely rude, she made it seem like she was doing me a favor! Then she tried to sell me this package and started to raise her voice when I was telling her to send me more info. I might have fallen for the scam too if my caller was friendly and polite! No way was I giving this lady my cc after the initial impression she gave me of the organization

BEWARE!! I would give zero stars but had to chose one. I wish I’d known this before they made an unauthorized charge on my credit card. I was contacted back in April/May to join this organization, believing this was a reputable organization for networking of professional women. After a brief interview, I was told I would be a lifetime member and offered a discount for a one-time fee of $249, which I agreed too. I then later learned through LinkedIn that this organization is a scam therefore I began to closely monitor my account. The first week of June I began getting phone calls from a male from this association stating they needed information about me for their press release, which I Never agreed too. I advised him I was busy and couldn’t speak at that time. He then called me back the following week. When he told me who he was, I immediately hung up and blocked the phone number he’d call me from. I have been a police officer/detective for over 20 years, and I should have known better but became suspicious and they did exactly what I knew they would do. On June 13, 2025, I received a notification from my bank of a charge of $449.99 from the Worldwide Women’s Association. I Never authorized this charge and was never informed via email or receipt from this organization that they were charging my credit card. Thankfully my bank immediately reversed the charge and I’ve cancelled that card, which is now a hassle as I have to update my card for all my automatic payments. This associations practices are extremely deceptive and a complete scam! When I attempted to call the organization, I was told by the woman on the phone, “what they did had nothing to do with her” and that “it was a issue of the finance department.” When I asked her to transfer me to someone in the finance department, she told me she was going to disconnect and hang up on me and to have a good day and hung up on me. I also sent them an email, and I highly doubt anyone will respond. Sadly, other victims of this association may not get their money back or even a response from this group. This association should be shut down and even criminally charged as they are taking advantage of women, emotionally and financially. Again, BEWARE!

Called me today (from a sketchy phone number that starts with a V) and said I’d applied before and now I’ve been accepted. I hadn’t applied before. They knew my name, which is a little spooky. Anyway, I hung up.

Scam alert! I was called today, saying I had filled out an application that has been approved. She asked me some questions about my career and offered to gift me a lifetime membership for $199 in exchange of hotel vouchers. I did a quick google search while on the phone and there are 300+ complaints at the BBB. When I told her this, she hung up on me.

This is a complete scam. I received a call by a friendly operator who asked me questions about my career, congratulated me on being 'accepted' as a member and immediately went into the process of telling me the membership fees for 5 years or lifetime. Started speaking very quickly. I told her that I wanted an email with this information and that I would think about it. She responded she couldn't do that. When I said I was not authorizing any sort of charge or payment, she hung up on me.

This company charged me an unauthorized charge of $399.99 in November 2023. I had to shut down my account get a new card and contact all of my card payments that were recurring. Now, again in May 2025, they have charged me again!!!! I did not authorize this charge and have no idea how they again got my banking information. This is a complete SCAM and they have no direct dial phone number. Just a voicemail directing you to contact via email. This needs to be shutdown immediately!!

This is a total SCAM. My credit card over charged with a promise to refund. DO NOT JOIN THIS GROUP! I have reached out to connect and nothing.
REPORT TO THE AUTHORITIES they need to be shut down. They are grabbing photos off the internet and falsely advertising that they are in the group.

Went through an "interview" over the phone and it felt completely bogus, luckily we got disconnected and I was able to do a little research, so glad I found information on them here. The call felt like a scam, and from what I am reading here it is.

This is a fraudulent scheme where they sold me a 'lifetime membership' for $149 in 2024, then proceeded to charge my card for another $459 which I had to jump through hoops to get refunded. Now, almost a year later they have billed my card for $240. I've requested multiple times for my card details to be deleted to no avail. They keep charging without any communication/email/products/services. Not sure how they can keep operating or what to do short of cancelling my card. I have had to reverse their fraudulent charges twice now with my bank.

This is a scam - they ask for immediate payment, so you don't have time to go to their website or see their BBB rating (horrible - 1 star - 211 complaints to date).

They called and asked me questions and then said my membership was approved. They told me all the wonderful things that I would get for my membership then asked which membership I wanted - lifetime or one year? I had to decide right then and they said they were unable to provide me with an email about the membership and kept trying to close me. I told them I would pass.

I was recently hired to recruit for the client success/ relations coordinator role on indeed and Ziprecrutior and I am here to say DO NOT MOVE FORWARD with this organization. I separated from the company once i became aware of how the business operated. They will terminate your contact for the smallest reason with no notice. Management will cut your access from the system. Ex. They terminated a lady because she had a minor lisp. Most people do not make it past the training class and you will not be compensated for your time. They base your eligibility for hire on your VOICE and not your qualifications. Please know you will not help women but in fact call people multiple times who never even signed up. The Company is a scam and i do not recommend moving forward. It was so sad to see how poorly the trainer treated/judged the new hires.

I applied for this job on Indeed. I thought it was customer service. But ended up being a sales job. I decided to give it a try anyway. They make you train for about 2 days and then put you on the phones. They say they have this account where they help women build their business and give you exposure. It's a lie this doesn't happen they take people money. They first say $299 and if the person doesn't want to pay then it drops to $199 and then $149. They don't have an email to send to customers or anything. They make you push too hard to try to get people's credit information. I finally decided to look into it and see how many people on Facebook and just on Google have been affected by this. PLEASE BE CARFUL

This organization called me while I was on vacation in Mexico. Seemed legit until they asked for a credit card. I informed them earlier in the call that I was on Spring Break with my daughter. When they gave me the pricing options to join, I said I couldn’t pay at the moment as I didn’t bring my credit card with me. My wallet is locked in the safe. The person on the call got hostile and accused me of lying! Very unprofessional! Don’t even talk to these people.

Would be 0 stars if I could. Despite telling them to cancel as soon as I realized they were fraudulent, they continue to try to charge me over a year later. Do not sign up with these people. This is not a real service.

This place is a scam. They will offer you a one-time lifetime membership fee and then keep your card on file, charging you money without authorization. You can't reach anyone on the phone; only email is available. Once I logged into the site, it was all stock photos. Avoid these fraudsters at all costs.

In October 2024, I signed up for the Worldwide Women’s Association (WWMA), without any additional charges being mentioned, except for the one-time lifetime fee of $199. This was paid via my credit card. After signing up and receiving a confirmation email, I discovered via LinkedIn and review platforms such as Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau that WWMA is a scam.
Initially, nothing seemed to happen, and I thought it would end with a whimper, but this February I noticed that in addition to the initial payment of $199, unauthorized charges had also been made: $399 in November 2024 and $459.95 in February 2025. I immediately called my bank's Fraud Desk. They will pursue it from their angle. I also contacted WWMA and threatening legal action, they promised to refund the $459.95 within 7-12 business days (awaiting the refund). However, the refund of the $399 has not yet been acknowledged. I have also demanded that my membership be terminated immediately. They have confirmed that.
I am now awaiting the refund of the $459.95, but have not received any response about the $399.
