Il giorno 26 aprile 2024 abbiamo noleggiato un pulmino van società WORLD TOURS per un giro sulla costa amalfitana, accompagnate dall’eccezionale autista Luigi. Il loro dipendente, nonostante la sua giovane età, si è dimostrato incredibilmente serio, disponibile, simpatico, attento e gentile. La sua professionalità e cortesia hanno reso il nostro tour giornaliero ancora più piacevole e senza preoccupazioni. Luigi ha dimostrato grande competenza nel guidare su strade tortuose e trafficate, affrontando code interminabili con grande pazienza, garantendo la nostra sicurezza in ogni momento. Siamo rimaste estremamente soddisfatte del servizio offerto e sicuramente utilizzeremo ancora i loro servizi in futuro, consigliandoli vivamente ad amici e parenti. Grazie per questa esperienza indimenticabile!

A relief that they were there on time.
We had an Airbnb in 'the historic quarter' which was fine in the daytime but not safe at night. We had to leave for the airport in the early hours of the morning so we needed to ensure a taxi would be waiting at the nearest road just a few minutes walk away. We did not want to stand and wait. What a relief to see our pre-arranged private transfer waiting at the exact time. Thank you World Tours.

Zeer geslaagde tours en professionele chauffeurs
We hebben onze zeer geslaagde private tours naar de Amalfikust, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, het Koninklijk Paleis en Capua geregeld via Amadeo (de directeur), die een geweldige service gaf op maat gemaakt naar onze behoeften. De chauffeurs Giovanni en Luïgi hebben ons overal heen gebracht waar we wilden en deelden hun kennis met ons. Giovanni kon door zijn verblijf is Amsterdam de verschillen en overeenkomsten tussen Nederland en Italië goed duiden. Luïgi wist de Napolitaanse leefwijze tot uiting te brengen. Beide chauffeurs wisten ook goede tips te geven doordat zij onze behoeften goed hadden ingeschat

Informatieve tour
Het was een mooie dag waarin wij veel uitleg hebben gekregen van de kundige medewerkster Martina. Ook voelden wij ons veilig in de auto. De tijd in Sorrento had alleen wel iets langer gemogen. We hadden 20 minuten, en de rij bij de wc was zolang. Toen ik van het toilet af kwam kon ik gelijk door naar de bus.

Airport Transfer
Our airport transfer went smoothly despite our flight arriving late. Francesco Peo greeted us politely, offered to carry our cases and ushered us to his immaculate vehicle. The drive to our hotel went quickly as Francesco entertained us with his witty chat. Thank you for making our introduction to Naples so friendly!

Amalfi Coast tour
The tour to the Amalfi Coast was great. The tour bus was punctual, the drive was stunning and we had plenty of time in Amalfi and Ravello. The guide, Gabrielle, was very funny and the driver, Genero, did a great job navigating the mountain roads. The tour also included a meal in a restaurant.

Their mistake, my anguish
One hour before we were leaving the US I received a call saying we had missed our tour. I was devastated thinking I had made a scheduling mistake. When I called them back 10 minutes later with my e-receipt, Joseph said that it was correct. There was no admission of an error on his part. There was no apology for the angst his carelessness had caused. Nothing.

The issue arose due to a case of mistaken identity and an error made by a young member of our customer service team. While we understand how this might have caused a moment of distress, we are surprised that it has led to such a harsh review, especially since the situation was clarified within a few minutes, and you were able to enjoy your scheduled tour without any further issues.
The customer service representative did apologize for the error, and it’s possible that this was missed in the moment of agitation. We always strive to provide the best service and take all feedback seriously to improve our processes.
We hope you can understand that such errors can occasionally happen and that this was a minor incident that was quickly resolved. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to serve you better in the future.
No heart
We were unable to make our booking due to a flight cancellation (as you can imagine, tired, stressed, vulnerable). Worldtours were not able to offer any assistance at all in regard to this, I was constantly reminded that we were within the 24 hours which I understand. But come on, we are in 2022! Why is there not something in place in regard to situations completely beyond our control! Instead, they’ve got the £400 we paid and we are out of pocket and experience!

Unfortunately, this means that refunds or rebookings cannot be offered when cancellations occur close to the scheduled service.
In many cases, such as with airlines, customers are not reimbursed or provided with a replacement ticket if they miss their flight or arrive late. We encourage travelers to consider travel insurance for additional protection in unforeseen circumstances.

transfer Napoli to Positano
We took private transfer from Naples to Positano and back with WorldTours and we were very pleased.
Very professional and kind personnel. Punctual and friendly.
