We did a tour today with Francisco and we not only did we get great sightseeing, but also got some entertainment and some great facts along the way of our route. He made our drive through Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi Coast and great memorable experience! Also our drive definitely got us thru the tought drive. Overall would recommend this duo, Thank you Francisco!

World tours actually had to cancel my tour.
But the customer service and communication was amazing. The refund was swift and effortless.
I would definitely use them again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience on this street food tour in Naples! We started from Piazza del Gesù and explored the city while tasting some of the most typical Neapolitan specialties.

We tried pizza a portafoglio with a Coke, traditional tarallo with beer, both types of sfogliatella – riccia and frolla – and the famous Neapolitan “limonata a cosce aperte”.

Despite the heat, we really enjoyed the whole experience. A special thank you to our guide Arturo, who was excellent, friendly and made the tour even more enjoyable.

A great way to discover Naples through its food and traditions. Highly recommended!

We have only booked with World Tours so far. We have not had the tour experience with them to date. I made the booking because I liked the itinerary for the day.
However, we would prefer all our communication in English rather than Italian - we booked an English language tour. Thankfully, when I asked for an email to be translated this was done, because it contained important information.

Salvatore was an exceptional guide. He was very friendly and always kept informed of details. Our driver Luciano was wonderful too.

First time using them and also first time using a transfer from airport as we come to Amalfi Coast 3-5 times per year but always rent a car but decided to try a private transfer. World Tours Italy went over and beyond and they were there on time and the driver was very nice and friendly. Would recommend them to everyone! Thanks

They gave us a pickup time and place but never showed up. Then they said WE were the ones who never showed up and are refusing to refund us for the tour THEY CANCELED!

THEY ARE LYING SCUMBAGS.

Eugenio was a fantastic driver. Friendly, efficient and even helped locate the accomodation, even after flight was an hour late arriving after midnight. 26th July Naples to Pompeii.

Brilliant will use again.

Excursión a Capri y Anacapri, 06/07/2026 me acompañaba mi hija y fue una experiencia maravillosa, sobretodo se quien hizo que ese día fuera excelente fue nuestro guía Clemente, dándonos consejos, explicaciones y resolviendo nuestras dudas.

Excellent service. Driver was on time and very helpful. Extremely professional and excellent communication. I will certainly use this service again in the future.

No car seat for very young child provided despite having this confirmed with the company to have one provided by them prior. Then on the return we did have a car seat, but the vehicle had been crashed into (prior to us getting in the vehicle) which didn’t exactly make us feel safe on our journey back to the airport.

Booked a small group Pompeii tour more than a month in advance. I confirmed the tour the day before, with a positive response and confirmation of meeting location and time. Less than 12 hours prior to tour they cancelled saying they did not have enough people and they waited until the very last minute hoping for more bookings. Waiting until the last minute benefits then, not me. I was left scrambling the night before trying to find a a different tour.

Hicimos un tour por Capri y Anacapri y fue maravilloso, una isla preciosa, aguas turquesa, un clima espectacular y sobre todo un guía excepcional. Gabriel Casavega fue lo que hizo falta para que se convirtiera en un viaje alucinante y único. Gabriel "the celebrity" le llamábamos, porque en realidad se ven pocos como él. Nos llevó a todos lados, nos informo de todo e indicó lo necesario con una profesionalidad intachable. Además nos sugirió un par de actividades fuera de lo que entraba en el tour, como una excursión en barco alrededor de la isla y un ascenso en teleférico a un monte del que se disfrutaba de unas vistas de lujo. Todo el grupo aceptó y fue genial. Gabriel consiguió que el tour fuera una fiesta, que un grupo de personas desconocidas de diferentes países fuesen amigos por un día y quien sabe si mas. Por todo ello y mucho mas TE AMAMOS GABRIEL! 🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸 fue el mejor tour que he hecho en mi vida y por supuesto fue gracias a Gabriel Casavega.

Abbiamo utilizzato il servizio di transfer offerto da Worldtours per il trasferimento dall'aeroporto di Napoli ad Amalfi: ci siamo trovati molto bene, il servizio è stato molto puntuale, gli autisti professionali e ci hanno fornito diverse informazioni utili per il nostro viaggio con ospitalità e simpatia. Li consiglio certamente!

My partner and I did a tour from Naples to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. It should have been picked up at 8 am, it was 8.40 am. We got one hour in each stop and no time for lunch, put in the back of the bus, 4 seats, it should be 3 seats, we were squeezed into. Don't take the seats in the back and ask more questions about time on the trip. Got 20% off next trip no good enough.
