Woolovers has become my mainstay for my sweater purchases after scouring my US catalogues for just the right timeless look. They offer exceptional quality and many classic styles that seem hard to come by elsewhere. Though it may take a little additional time after an order to receive my shipment due to coming from overseas, they are well worth the wait. Even my teenage daughter loves the style and warmth of Woolover sweaters and is often asked, "... where [to] get one like it?"

I have honestly lost track of how many Woolover sweaters I now own... Over one dozen at least!

I stumbled onto the web site of WooLovers by accident and decided to give them a try. The sweaters looked beautiful and the prices were excellent including free shipping. I ordered one unisex pullover. The sweater arrived fairly quickly considering it was shipped from the UK to the USA and it is beautiful. The wool and workmanship are high quality. Since their sale continues through the end of the month, I am going to order more. Very happy with WooLovers company and their high quality product.

I love Woolovers sweaters. Yes, it takes some time to get to the US. Anywhere from 2-3 weeks. For me it is worth the wait. They wash very well. Great colours. The turtleneck is wonderful. Most of my sweaters are 1-2 inches too short in the arm. These fit. I might have to stretch the arms a bit when I lay them flat to dry, but they fit once it is dry. I keep buying more!!)

Ordered a cashmere/merino women sweater. While I am satisfied with the style, the fit and the color, I found that it took too long to receive it even though I ordered it after Christmas. I understand that it has to come from England but flight time is the same as from California and going through customs should not take several days. Finally, I bought a sweater made mostly from merino wool because my wife does not care about cashmere because it makes fuzz balls. It turns out that this sweater did it very quickly.

This was my first order from Woolovers--I ordered two men's chuncky zip mock neck sweaters. They came fast. The size fits. The quality is fantastic. Overall experience: excellent!

However, one element needs to be clear that the cardigans are in uni sizes. I spend longer time on chat with the customer service to figure out whether Woolover carries only uni-sizes in the kind that I purchased or not. Since I have to change the small size into x-small after speaking to two customer representatives in your chat contact. Otherwise for the quality of the sweaters I'll give five stars.I also introduced Woolovers to my
colleagues, friends, family, and twitted it as well.

I placed an order in early December which I was assured would arrive in time for Christmas. I called/e-mailed several times but was merely advised that there was no tracking available on my order. Just last night I notified Wool Overs to initiate the process for a credit on my order; TODAY, a month -and-a-half after placing my order and 4 weeks after Christmas, I finally received my order!! The cardigan is well-made and quite attractive; although somewhat too large, there is no way (and especially now that I've read other customers' critiques!), NO WAY at all, that I will risk making an exchange. Nor will I place another order from this company. Sorry Wool Overs.

I have placed 3 separate orders with this company: the first order was for ladies V neck cardigans size medium. The sweaters were too big and I had to return the entire order. Returns are TOO EXPENSIVE! It cost me $70 to return all six sweaters...! I reordered a different style (ladies round neck wool cardigans) in size small. Much better sizing and the quality is outstanding, certainly for the price. Luckily I don't have to return these..... In fact I liked them so much I ordered the same style in more colors. I am very satisfied with the quality, but they need to do something about the costs for returning. It will keep customers away, at least in the U.S.

I've ordered from this company twice. Once through Amazon and the second time direct. It's was much easier to order direct. They have a really excellent web site. Their sweaters are very nicely made, and exactly as advertised. They shipped very quickly and my orders arrived perfectly. If you need a wool product these guys are tops!

Shipping from the UK (about $12) is reasonable, and the prices and quality of these sweaters is FANTASTIC. I own 7 sweaters from this company, cashmerinos I wear for work and lambswool I wear for casual things at weekends, and I love each one - and want more!

Sizing is not completely obvious. Unisex sweaters (not clearly called this on Amazon, but clearly labeled on their own site) are much much larger than their 'ladies' sizes. Each sweater has it's own size chart, and while I didn't find this a complex process, some clearly do.

I needed to return a sweater because it was too big. It would have cost 60% of the purchase's value in postage from the US. I called and reminded them that it says that the shipping is charged only once. They weren't understanding me. If the sweater had fit, I would have been happy. Now I am stuck with a too-big sweater or the loss of almost $30 in postage to send back a $50 sweater. Also I tried to order scarves, and they were out of stock. Two weeks before Christmas, one was back in stock. I agreed to reorder. However it arrived after New Years. They would not expedite the shipping and the gift was late. The merchandise is nice but I am probably not going to order again because of the difficulty and expense of a return. If they have a solution I would be happy to hear it.

I purchased a cardigan sweater for my husband for Christmas. It arrived in a very timely manner and was what I thought my husband would like. However I was wrong. He didn't really like how bulky it was and the collar was different. Not a problem with the sweater or the company. My problem came when I went to the post office to return it. It will cost me an additional $30.00 to return. I find that ridiculous so I guess I will keep the sweater in hopes my husband will decide to wear it.

I have now purchased 4 sweaters from Woolovers. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and the quality of the sweaters. I am also delighted at the variety of styles, fabric blends, and colors this company offers. After searching the internet, I found that this was the only company that offered such a variety of sweaters. I intend to be a regular customer of theirs!

i bought a silk and cotton sweater from them and it's just lovely fabric. i've bought other sweaters in the past and they are absolute perfection; at such a good price!
I also really appreciate that they do everything they can to ensure that the sweater will fit before you buy it, including my favorite option, garment measurements!!!
my only wish is that they add a women's xxl in a few women's tunics, as the larger unisex sizes can be cut more for men.I i love this place and have recommend it to tons of my friends.

I have been looking everywhere for white or winter white sweaters to wear under suits. I found them at Woolovers and placed an order. All three styles are as advertised. The fabric quality is excellent. I have had them dry cleaned and they've held their shape well. Also, I am allergic to wool - I can only wear the best Marino or I will spend all day scratching. I am wearing Woolovers Marino right now and I am very comfortable.

I ordered the women's long-sleeved blueberry cashmere marino cardigan.
It is a rich dark purple color, very nicely made, with pockets, which is rare in a pretty sweater.The wool blend is warm without being heavy. It was shipped quickly. I have worn it several times and it keeps its shape. I will order from Woolovers again. I also appreciated the e-mail notice after ordering that gave me some time to change the order if needed or desired.

I ordered a cerise pink turtle neck in lambswool.on sale with free delivery. All of which was very attractive to me, Per other reviewers',, they do run a bit large. I ordered a smaller size i(n the unisex version) - a medium whereas I normally wear a large for 10-12 size in the US. It is a warm and pretty turtleneck but also a bit scratchy probably because the turtleneck is a close fit. Their sizing is excellent so it is wise to check it before ordering..

I like Woolover's products as they are reasonably priced and classic and simple - all things I like. However I use them more for casual and non professional wear as they are a tad chunky for the office look. Probably because the ones I like are in Unisex as they have the length I prefer. I guess the Women's version might be a bit more tailored.- i just wish the length was a bit more. I like this company and have recommended it to my friends. And I have actually ordered a couple more and will write about them upon receipt.

I purchased this sweater for a Christmas gift for my son. I was a little nervous about the sizing. I followed the web site directions for the specific fit.. I had no idea how long shipment would take. The sweater came in plenty for Christmas. My son was very happy with the color, size, fit and quality. I could have spent a small fortune on a wool sweater from any store in the USA but I loved that I could find a great sweater with a great price with no hassle and and easy processing.
