I was satisfied with my transaction with Woolovers. The item arrived quickly and was in perfect condition.

I still gave not received my order despite the fact I had an email stating it shipped February 27th. This is march 16th.

I have purchased many, many sweaters from Woolovers. But an infestation of moths loved them, too, and as a result, I have made several reorders.

I appreciate the quality and variety of products, but really grow impatient waiting for receipt of the items.

I have about half a dozen sweaters from Woolovers and they are great. It is hard to find 100% wool sweaters in the US, especially at such a reasonable price. Service is excellent - in fact, one of my orders took a long time to be delivered (during Christmas) and without my saying anything about that, the company sent me a discount coupon because of the long wait. I will continue to shop with them!

I ordered three sweaters: one women's style (small) and two unisex (XS). Measurements provided for selecting the correct size were helpful and I'm pleased with the fit. The unisex extra small sleeves are a little shorter than I tend to wear, but they still work fine. I am very pleased with the quality of the sweaters and the look. They are exactly what I was hoping for, and what I expected from the photos. Colors were also as expected. The day after placing my initial order, I sent an email requesting the addition of a couple sweater combs, and I received a prompt and courteous reply indicating that these were added to my order. Shipping was prompt, and even with the overseas travel, everything arrived within a couple weeks. Everything was packaged securely and arrived in great condition. I will happily order more from Wool Overs!

When these sweaters finally arrived, I was delighted. Color, size, quality were great. The only issue I had with this transaction was the time involved in actually receiving them. I may be used to Amazon, but it took over 2weeks to receive. But great sweaters!!!

I recently received fulfillment of my third order with Woolovers. All products were received in good condition and were of superior quality.

It took a little bit to become accustomed to the delay between confirmation of the order and actual fulfillment. This delay serves new customers well who may second-guess their size order and want to make modifications.

Did have reason to make a return on my first order and it went very smoothly.

One thing I found very helpful was to look very closely at how each product appears on the models. My general body fit is Woolovers size M but my shoulders are more broad. When the item's shoulder seam appears off the shoulder then I know I can still order size M. If the shoulder seam appears right on the model's shoulder I know I need to order size L.

Woolovers products will eventually replace all my other sweaters and vests.

After looking for a black wool vest locally and not finding any, ordered from Woolovers. Wasn't quite sure of the size and a customer service person helped me choose Small. When it arrived, it fit perfectly. Love the vest!

The quality was better than I expected and the overseas shipping was quick. I plan to purchase from this seller again.

I ordered the mens white cable knit ¼ zip sweater in small as the item looked great on the site and the stated measurements matched my own. My wife and I were very excited and patiently awaited its arrival. When the sweater arrived the shoulders were far and away too wide and hung almost halfway down my arms, the sleeves were entirely too short and the rise of the neckline started quite some distance from where my neck acutally begins - not at all like the photos. I thought that this item probably slipped through quality control and I wondered how many others may have. It was simply not a good cut, at best not a good cut for me.
The most disappointing part was realizing that a return would cost almost half the amount of the original purchase. Quite disappointed.
I selected Woolovers over three other merchants with equally beautiful wool products because of the great product and service reviews.
However, the Woolover's experience has been an unfortunate loss of a substantial amount of money.

I had called the company to inquire as to the progress of my order. They were courteous and knowledgeable with my concerns and the item was delivered to me on the excact date they told me it would come. Good Service and good product

I have made several purchases on this website. I am very happy with all the things acquired. Good quality, reasonable prices, easy to shop online because there is enough information about each product.
I recommend this site to your friends and myself, of course, continue to buy here.

The international shipping was much faster than I'd expected and the sweaters are excellent quality. The sizing wasn't consistent between the sweaters though. The size charts show that there's supposed to be some variance in sizing between the different sweater types, but I found a couple of them to be much larger than the chart sized them at while others were pretty much right on. The larger sweaters are wearable as casual sweaters, I plan on keeping them for lounging around the house and ordering another in a size smaller since they are still great quality.

I ordered 2 of the Aran sweaters for my husband. We could both tell that they were high quality because of their heaviness and feel. Also, they arrived in a timely fashion. We are very pleased!

It was easy to order on-line, beautiful products and shipping was much quicker then stated! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Ordering was easy, shipping was very timely, and the sweaters were of great quality, with plenty of style & color options. Best of all, the price was very reasonable!

Takes a little while to get things to Alaska..but, well worth the wait!

Firstly, I love the sweaters. Thick, warm, soft, comfy, etc. Wonderful workmanship and absolutely the sweater you want to be wearing.

But the customer service really blew me away. They're responsive, friendly, and they help you out. Absolutely wonderful folks. Everyone who works there should know how happy their customers are.

Given the price, the quality of the sweaters is very good, the shipping is quick and surprisingly reasonable for international rates.
