What more can I say about woolovers. Once you try on the clothing you are absolutely satisfied with the feel and the quality. I love Woolovers!

I enjoy dealing with Woolovers and have been a customer for over 10 years. Service is excellent as is the quality of product. Sizing tends to be generous so if you are on the cusp of two sizes I would opt for the smaller size but that may just be my own preference. I plan on continuing dealing with Woolovers in the future.

These sweaters are great quality. My husband is very happy with them. You cannot find a sweater of this quality in the U.S. for these prices. Just wish shipping didn't take so long.

A definite staple item in my wardrobe. Easy care, classic, and comfortable. The sizing information is useful and a practical way to determine the size in which you will find the greatest comfort.

I purchased some Frilly Edged and Timeless Crew cardigan sweaters for my wife. They were exactly what my wife wanted; light weight, high quality, stylish, and properly sized. The sizing matched the description in inches cited on their website. The colors matched closely to those depicted on the website. Given the discounted prices offered and free shipping, the total price of the sweaters including import duties was still a great value.

I have made two separate purchases from Woolovers, and was not disappointed from either. Buying from over the internet can be difficult, for which the colors are hard to view. Their return policy makes up for that, but was never needed. Their quality and color are perfect to my personal taste. Not to mention the additional favorable comments by others.

I was so very impressed with the quality of the Merino, and Cashmere/ Merino sweaters! the colors are true to the representation. I used their sizing chart, which is very different that I am used to, and found their Medium to be large enough to fit my husband! I was ordering for my daughter living out of country. There were no instructions to exchange, and I found that the postage to return was more than my Total order amount, so ORDER YOUR SIZE VERY CAREFULLY.

I was looking for a nice, durable hooded sweatshirt. I've been purchasing more wool clothing items lately (socks, a few shirts) because I fell in love with the material. It's warm but very breathable, it doesn't cause me to sweat like other fabrics. I've never heard of this company before, but when I saw that they had a wool hoodie I had to give it a shot. I think it's awesome quality for $50! It has a nice, solid metal zipper and the wool is a
medium thickness. Not too thick, but it has some weight to it. I purchased the tan color and it is very versatile. I ordered from the United States. Highly recommend.

I bought 4 times and 5 different items from Woolovers. Quality and price is wonderful!

I received my sweater in early April. When I opened the inner sweater bag of the package I was immediately hit with a horrible smell similar to old wet jute rope. I sent an email to Woolover customer service asking for advice to remove the smell. Woolover responded with an automated response on April 6th thanking me for my business and that a customer service rep would respond shortly (still no response). After airing the sweater in the basement for a week (it smelled too bad to put in my closet ), I washed the sweater in Woolite twice. The first washing took out about 50% of the smell and the second reduced it to about 90%. It still smells though.Worse than the smell of the sweater is the lack of response from Woolover.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SWEATER, AND SERVICE I RECEIVED.

I will never buy a wool sweater from any other source than Woolovers! The online ordering was easy, the sizing was specific to each sweater and easily accessed, the price was very reasonable, the sweaters arrived promptly and were looking even better than the pictures on the website. The sweaters are soft, appear to be sturdily made, in great colors and much to my delight, are washable with sleeves that are proper length- not chinchy in material or workmanship! :) We love, love, love Woolovers sweaters!

I ordered two V-neck lambs wool sweaters from Woolovers. The price was very good. Delivery however took about two weeks since I am in US and product ships from UK. The sweaters are very nicely made. The lambs wool will probably be a little too warm for me in my southeast US climate but are comfortable on colder, rainy days. I would prefer a tighter V-neck. The V-neck design on this sweater is longer and wider that my preference. I was really looking for a merino V-neck sweater when I found Woolovers. I wish that I had ordered the merino/cashmere blend instead of the lambs wool blend. If you live in a cold climate your will enjoy the warmth of the lambswool sweater. I'll probably buy some merino/cashmere V-necks from Woolovers in the future.

This year I bought 9 sweaters from Woolover to complement the 6 I bought a few years ago. The quality, style, color and fit are all excellent. I cannot find any better sweaters in the USA. I prefer thick, sturdy and traditional sweaters that are long lasting and timeless in style. Customer service has consistently exceeded my expectations. Shipping was so quick as to appear that they were delivered from next door. I look forward to buying more next season.

This sweater order made my fourth order to WooLovers in as many months. The two lambswool zip jumpers that I ordered were of excellent construction and weight. They both are exactly what is needed for a comfortable layer when wearing a sports jacket. And, as with every other knit that I have ordered from WooLovers, they are attractive in their own right. It has been and continues to be my experience that the best in wool comes from WooLovers.

I purchased two items with great expectations. The British Wool Cardigan was fine, nice model and good fit.
The second piece, a short-sleeved Lambs Wool jumper, does not fit though I ordered "L" for BOTH pieces. But the jumper turned out very large, specially at the shoulders and sleeves. I know that they are supposed to be somewhat wide but surely not like little balloons and the seem hanging halfway down the upper arm. So I am really disappointed. I can't return it since I tried to wear it once, got a spot on it and washed it. So I just will have to find a person with a larger body who might like and be happy to wear it. Sorry but that is what happened.
