I love all of the sweaters I've ordered over the past year or so; great quality and website shows them true to life. As others say, the sizing is generous, so do measure and use the size chart when ordering. Prices are very good for the quality--can't find the same here in the States. I do fear ever having to return an item to UK b/c of the shipping charges, hence the 4 stars rather than 5. I hope the company can ameliorate that situation in future. Then it would be full on 5 stars and I'd probably order more freely and experimentally, knowing that there's a reasonable safety net. Other than that, full sail ahead with Woolovers!

I like the sweaters at Woolovers, but the last one didn't suit me and when I went to return it,found that the return was not to Canada (from the US) but to UK. $20 postage. Excessive cost for returns. They need better system.

I love wearing sweaters, even in summer. Have been looking for a new resource with great quality sweaters. I didn't read that the first set I ordered were unisex so I had to reorder in a smaller size (great for the go). The 1nd set fit perfectly and I get amazing complements on the colors. Woolovers is now one of my favorites.

I found this company while surfing for a sweater for my husband. Since buying that first sweater, we have made several more purchases. They are excellant quality and wash easy. Sizing is true to size.

I read about Woolovers on a Barbour forum, figured I would give it a try. The quality exceeds far more expensive companies and looks very nice. I am quite pleased. Shipping will take time coming across the sea, but it's worth it, especially for the price. Will be buying more!

It was confusing to receive the packing slip/receipt indicating the full order with an incomplete order, and took me a while to notice the message that the rest of the order was coming separately. And one if them items had a hole on the pocket. I couldn't recall if clearance items were returnable so I emailed about it (along with my confusion about the separate delivery packages - still under the misconception that part of my order was missing) and was disappointed to receive no response. So I figured I would just sew up the hole. I generally like your products a lot, but will now probably research and try out other vendors.

Will not add to the many favorable reviews with which I agree, particularly on the price-quality ratio. Quality is not the best, high but not the best, but very affordable.

Will comment on other´s comments. The sizes, even on US names (S,M, L, XL) tend to be a bit large. Regarding returns, they do have a US address and yes, you do have to pay postage, but is is not an outrageous expense. The problem I find is that they not acknowledge receipt of the return or the processing of the exchange, so I still do not know the status of my return (I know they got it because I sent it back with tracking). This information is now standard practice even for medium sized outfits. Do it!!

Woolovers is my go to company for sweaters. They're well made, lovely, very comfortable to wear, and affordable. I will be ordering from them in future and will let my friends know where they can shop for sweaters too. It gets cold in the winter here and it's so nice to cuddle up with wool.

I have been shopping Woolovers for several years now, since my husband bought a couple of wool sweaters from them that he raved about. Since then I have culled from my wardrobe all of the knitwear that requires dry cleaning and replaced them with Woolovers products. I am happy with every purchase I made there except one, which allowed me to discover how accommodating the company is with returns. Just yesterday evening I recommended Woolovers to a dinner companion, and I have no doubt he will be just as satisfied as I have been with the Woolover experience.

I found this company through an internet search while looking for a short sleeved cardigan sweater which I had had trouble finding in stores.
Their prices are good - I got a cotton & silk cardigan, which is gorgeous and very well made, as well as a cotton cashmere pullover, all for under $100!

Shipping was fast and they have a very user-friendly website. Their sizing is a little different from US based sizing, but they do have a chart where you can look up US equivalents, which I would recommend using.

So glad I found them! I will be ordering more.

I have purchased about 10 sweaters from Woolovers for myself and my family and have been very happy with every single item. The quality is great, the prices can't be beat (even better when there is a sale), and shipping is quick. I've recently lost some weight so have shrunk out of my sweaters. I will definitely be going back to Woolovers for my replacements!
As others have stated, check their sizing charts and order accordingly, as their sizes are generous.

Honestly, I love everything about them. The clothes are well priced and good quality with lots of color options. The customer service is great and the packages always ship out a few days after ordering. I have yet to have a problem with them.

As a USA customer, I'm afraid I won't be ordering from Woolovers again. It cost me $37 to return merchandise that had to be shipped back overseas. It's my own fault for not reading the return policy more closely. I assumed it was similar to other British shops (i.e., Marks & Spencer, Next, Long Tall Sally, Boden) where returns are sent to a U.S. destination, thus eliminating the customer from assuming the cost of shipping overseas. Sadly, I will not be placing any future orders from Woolovers.

Lovely selections, and the sweater I ordered is made of a beautiful silk/cotton blend. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I ordered three sweaters… Even though I had to return 2 of them, I was very impressed with the quality and the sizing. I had To do a return because I had those style sweaters already and didn't realize it. Very expensive for returns.

We purchases two sweaters this year for Christmas presents. Both sweaters (ladies cashmere/merlino runic and men's lambswool Aran sweater) arrived in a timely manner and are beautifully made. I am impressed. I will pass along the comments made by the recipients. I am very pleased that we found Woolovers.

The size was larger than I expected. But, love the quality. I'm going to order another in a size smaller.
