Order arrived and all is well, but I did have a little misgivings that the order actually went through, usually you get a receipt to print off and the order just closed after I put my CC info in.

However, everything arrived pretty quickly and I LOVE them, a linen blouse that is actually knitted...never have seen one of these before. So cool, literally.

I also very much liked the shipping packaging, paper envelop that I can recycle..no styrofoam or bubble wrap...nice.

I tried to order from the US online. Did not work. Had to order by phone. The wrong sizes were sent. I have tried 4 times to return for an exchange online and I fill out all of the forms, and when I select next to pay for the postage, it does not work. I have tried over 4 different days on both computer and iPad. I have sent an email to ask for help 2 days ago and have not gotten a response. No one answers when I call. HELP......

Had difficulty placing order from US online so I called and placed it over the phone. Was told the items I had selected online were not available in my size (even though they were still advertised online). Was told they were "generously" sized so I agreed to take one size smaller than my regular size. They agreed to send a return label in case they didn't fit. Dresses arrived but were too snug in bust area. Put return label on package and returned package to post office in US. They took package, but two days later package was returned to me to fill out customs papers. I called Woolovers and they said I could not use the free return label that had been sent --that I would need to go online and download a label and pay $8.00 and return to the post office with the package. It would seem to me that since WoolOvers has a US division they would have worked out all the details so that this situation would not happen. This has not been a good first experience for me with WoolOvers.

I love the product quality & the prices just can't be beat. however, be aware, it has literally taken between 5-8 weeks for me to receive my last 2 orders to western Canada . The tracking link is not useful because it doesn't really show anything but "dispatched " or "delivered". I like that if you phone them they are very helpful & I felt satisfied with their response. So order.....and be VERY patient

I ordered online for a cardigan. It is now 25 days and there is no trace of the shipment. They provide a link to track a shipment but it is a dead end and never gets updated except to say 'item shipped'. Several emails sent to the company get no response except auto reply saying 'check the link for updates' which has no update at all.
I am beginning to think it is a fraud scheme.
NEVER order online from Woolovers and SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered 4 "Ladies" size large sweaters (I like a loose fitting sweater) but they all turned out to "Mens" size large. Consequently they're HUGE - too big to wear. Be sure to check that sweater is not "Unisex" before ordering, as most "Women's" sweaters are and "Unisex" is actually "Mens" (most do not indicate this except to say sweaters have a generous fit). Otherwise, sweaters are o.k. for the price. The Merino/cashmere is quite thin though. Also, colours will come out on some sweaters, so they must use cheap dyes. I did order a Women's cardigan which actually is a women's size and it's lovely. So, one out of five. I emailed company and have yet to receive a reply.

After the wait that we all experience, I received 3 items that were correct, one that was just wrong and one that was mislabeled as a "L" when it should have been "XL." Holding it up against the very same sweater style and size, it clearly was labeled wrong.
Returns are not free and not inexpensive by any means either. Reading the many, many reports of customers being ditched in the middle of their returns process, I'll keep the sweater and use it for a dog bed, for a dog I don't own.
This is all very good advice for the potential buyer and for Woolovers as well! I hope they use it to identify the opportunity for improvement and find a way to improve quality monitoring and better serve their customers.

Very high quality wool sweaters, great prices, excellent customer service. I am recommending Woolovers to everyone I know! So glad I found this online!

I have ordered wool products from Woolovers for several years and have been very satisfied. I ordered recently a cardigan sweater. It arrived in a little over 2 weeks, which has been the average for all items I have bought. The sweater is very nice, fits well, and I am quite satisfied.

I have ordered sweaters, vests, a hoodie, and mittens. I am very happy with my merchandise. The only complaint about the hoodie was the sleeves are rather snug for wearing over much more than a tee. They wash well even when the husband just threw them in the regular laundry( gasp!) and dryer. I love the colors the greens are a bit unusual for this side of the pond but I have grown to love them and they do fit in with most of my wardrobe. I am in Maine and it is cold here and I even can wear the vests in the summer. I love the colors and I like the fact that me a plus size woman at least can have warm wool sweaters regardless of price.... they simply are not available.I have not had any customer service issue so far.

They did not respond to my complaint about late shipment.

I ordered sweaters for Christmas, but they turned out to be too big. When I contacted customer service, they sent me an address in the U.S. to return them to, rather than pay shipping all the way back to the UK. My understanding is that from there, they are shipped back to the UK. While it took a while, that was to be expected since the product comes from a different country. The delays are more likely to be on the U.S. end, BTW. We received our replacement sweaters and are very happy with them. We will definitely be doing business with them again.

I ordered almost $200 worth of sweaters and my package never arrived. It's been 2 months. I have emailed and called the company but no one from Woolovers has responded to my concerns.

I had a previous poor experience where I ordered 2 unisex sweaters where the sizing was exactly the same on their website. I ordered small for both. One fit as a Large, the other as a child's size! I returned the one that was too small (at my expense) and never received an exchange or refund!

I will never deal with this company again.

I like every sweater I bought during black Friday. Hope they will have even more new styles for us to choose. For the unisex style, will have additional lady's style to look feminine.

I loved the 3 sweaters I bought but I had to exchange them for a different size. The least expensive shipping option was $100. (US to UK). I used the sizing information and determined I needed a L but when I got them they were too big!!

I'd love to be able to evaluate the sweater but I'm still waiting for delivery. I know that's December but I did start this all on 12/1.
I do remain hopeful but I just can't give a higher rating,

Ordered sweaters for Black Friday, nearly a month later and no shipping update, no tracking, no product received. Having dealt with them before I know to expect this, and I love their sweaters, but it's a pain not knowing whats going on.

Sweaters I ordered were well priced and high quality. Unfortunately, they took almost 20 days to arrive and the company had no way to track them. Company claims that orders received by Dec 15 will arrive by Xmas, but I seriously doubt that given how long it took to ship my order made in November. Company needs to improve shipping methods before I'd be comfortable ordering again. $75 is too much to spend with no way to track package.
