I ordered two sweaters of the same kind but different colors. The darker one was somehow smaller than the lighter one and I called and sent pictures. They sent a replacement at no cost. They even said to donate the mis-sized one if I wanted to...the hassle of shipping it back would be too much!

Very happy with the quality and price of the sweater I bought. Free shipping was definitely a plus and the item came pretty quickly. Will be back again.

I have purchased two sweaters from Woolovers and have referred friends to them. My British Wool pullover is by far the warmest sweater I own and it is the one I tend to wear most. The company is economical, fast in shipping and excellent in customer service. Their sweaters are top quality and I highly recommend.

My son found this site and seemed interested in trying a wool sweater. I purchased two and he's hardly been out of them in the last two weeks so I know he is loving this. Thanks Woolover's for a very nice product. I will purchase from you again.

I ordered an item as a Christmas present and placed my order prior to their deadline for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Five days later, my order status still showed "Processing" so I was nervous that the item wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. I contacted customer service and was told that my item would be dispatched "soon" and that it would arrive by Christmas. I wasn't convinced, however, and another day passed with no status update, so I contacted customer service again. This time I was told that my item WOULD NOT arrive by Christmas so I could either wait or cancel my order. I was left with no choice but to cancel the order and obtain a refund. I sent an email complaint through the website about my order and received a reply that my item was "now back in stock" and they could offer me a 30% discount, but of course, it still wouldn't arrive by Christmas. Obviously my order had slipped through the cracks somehow because the item had said it was in stock when I ordered it, but they never acknowledged the fault was on them and tried to pass it off on their wool suppliers. Very strange and disappointing experience!! I would highly recommend looking elsewhere!!

Woolovers is a mixed bag because of various reasons. What you get is wool/cashmere sweaters and other apparel at very decent prices unlike the horrible mark ups by large departments in the US. They are nicely put together but do not expect designer fitting on them. The items can be boxy, not well cut to your size and tailoring is not exactly a strong point. The material like wool can be rough (it is not smooth as you would like and see in the US) which may not be such a bad thing as clothing in the US can undergo lot of chemical treatments just to make them appealing but can be a hazard to your health. Another thing to consider when buying from the US is the sweaters run HUGE. The sizes can pose a problem if you want to return anything due to high cost of postage to UK from US. They do not offer free returns and that can turn your $50 wool sweater into a costly buy if you have to just return it. You will do better to get sweaters from the US sales as the quality will be better and prices comparable (but only once the items in US go on sale otherwise Woolovers is cheaper). Also, if you are ordering from the US it takes 2 weeks (not including weekends) to get your item. So all in all, yes, pure wool but old style cut which may not be very flattering and adding costly return postage, Woolovers can be a daunting buy from the US.

I fount the company while shopping on Amazon. After looking there I came directly to the company's website. I was originally worried since the name is 'Woolovers' and I am allergic to wool - even cashmere bothers me. What a surprise - found silk & cotton blend sweaters here. Beautifully made, and fit so well. Great service too!

I was initially put off by the name - it sounded so old lady-ish but I was so wrong! My new grey lambswool and cashmere cardigan is just wonderful. Beautifully made, well fitting and very in style. I feel like I have just discovered the best shop on the internet. i have already placed a second order

Since the advent of fleece and the rise of cotton, real wool sweaters are getting rarer. Woolovers is a great find. I started with two lambswool crewnecks and bought two more a week later. Great fit, material...service. No complaints. I'll be back.

I needed super soft, warm, light weight cashmere sweaters for a teenager with sensory issues, and I needed them to be very reasonably priced. Woolovers provided them quickly, and without the torture of shopping for them. A size Large men's fit a 6'1" lean 185lb boy in length, with a loose fit - which is exactly what we wanted.

Looking for cashmere sweaters to order for the winter, I was not having any luck with my usual stores so did an online search and made a discovery. Found a couple of sweaters that looked like what I'd like, ordered them and received them within a couple of weeks (one was back-ordered briefly). Have not yet worn them but tried them on and decided they were winners! Mixed with Merino wool, they promise to be warm but do not feel itchy and the colors are lovely. And they were much less expensive than the one I finally found in the USA (one style/color I could not find at WoolOvers somehow).

Price point and quality can't be beat. Prompt shipping a nice plus.

I wear wool here in IL due to he humidity and the cold 9 months of the year. I ordered Unisex Lambs wool from the company six years ago and have always been pleased with their service. The high quality wool sweaters turned inside out wash up very well on a permanent press selection on washers. I use a gentle wash type soap and regular clothes rinse with some diluted hair rinse added. Then I turn them right side out and toss is a dryer for just a few minutes. Then they are draped on furniture to dry. I buy more each year to look nice in public. The others are continually recycled down for barn and farm chores.

I am so relieved that I have finally found a place to buy the sweaters I have been looking for... from chunky British Wool Cardigans to Lambs Wool Swinging Ones.

I absolutely LOVE the wool they use in their sweaters .. it has substance and texture, and at a price much less expensive then the department stores in the city.

I am amazed at not only the quality, the prices, but also the quick service.

I was very impressed with the quality of the items I received - two wool & cashmere blend sweaters. I was a little nervous about the order since the items ship from overseas - sizing can vary widely by country (and manufacturer) and I wasn't sure how long they would really take to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised when they were delivered to my home in under two weeks. They are soft, the color is beautiful, and sizing is perfect. I will order from them again and again!

It has become quite difficult to find 100% wool cardigans in the U.S. but Woolovers has an excellent selection at very reasonable prices. I've ordered from them a number of times for myself and my husband, always happy with the sweaters and they come very quickly.

It's hard to find really good quality wool sweaters in the US that have a modern look at these prices. Outstanding product, good website, incredible value and fast delivery. Very happy!
