Helen and Nancy have been absolutely amazing during our recent conveyancing journey. My background is usually buying properties as investments and I have bought and sold maybe 20 houses in the last 15 years, so I have had a bit of experience dealing with solicitors. We have never had a solicitor quite in the same league as George and we would certainly never use one again that came as part of the mortgage offer. Recently we came across George Gilpin on a recommendation to purchase our family home (after almost 25 years living in army accommodation) and also to sell our holiday let. We then went on to use George to help close up a trust fund that held a property.
If you ever have the luck to be able to use George you are in for a treat. Hannah who is his assistant is also highly efficient.
