Fantastic service from the first phone call to the last, we were kept very well informed throughout and it was never to much trouble if we had a question, Helen or Nancy were nearly always available to talk too or would call us back within hours. I would 100% recommend, they made a sad situation much easier for us. Thankyou so much for a very stress free house sale.

I would definitely recommend Charlotte Davitt and her team. They were extremely efficient in handling our sale and purchase, communication was excellent and emails were responded to swiftly which was helpful and reassuring when we needed it, Rachael and Ella I had the most contact with and we were very happy with the service they provided.

Woodstock legal services was recommended to us by our estate agent. We were given a breakdown of all the costs involved in selling our property and purchasing another.
After instructing them to proceed , they were straight to it. Requesting all the info and checks they needed to carry out on our behalf.
The sale of our property didn't run smoothly as we encountered a problem with the land registry. Helen was able to find a solution, which after consideration by the buyers , they accepted and it all progressed.
If we had any questions or queries we just emailed , and either Helen or Nancy would respond quickly with the answer.
The whole process took longer than expected , but this was due to the other parties involved not being as prompt to respond.
Helen and Nancy kept us informed throughout the whole process, and on the day of completion it all went well . We were kept up to date with progress on both the sale of our property and purchase of our new home , so we could concentrate on the move itself.
Brilliant, I would recommend using Woodstock legal services for your sale or purchase. Helen and Nancy are very friendly people, nothing was too much trouble for them to deal with.

Having Zoe Turner as my solicitor made an incredibly stressful situation much easier. She went above and beyond and I’d recommend her to anyone.

Much like the other reviews, very slow at responding and when things are anything other than straight forward, it appears they go missing.

My chain would have collapsed all ready had it not been for the Estate agent consistency chasing Woodstock legal services.

Charlotte and her team were beyond excellent from start to finish. Communication was exceptional and they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and fast completion and exchange on my house. I couldn’t fault them.

Charlotte and her team, which included Rachael, Ella and Alix, could not have been more professional, efficient and helpful with our house sale/purchase. This can be a very stressful experience but this wonderful conveyancing team provided the support and reassurance we needed at all times and reduced the potential for stress to be introduced into the equation.

Questions/queries raised were answered swiftly with helpful explanations provided. When any member of the team said they would do something, sure enough, this was expedited every time and at each stage of the process. Post move contact continued to be helpful and efficient.

This is my second time using Woodstock for a property sale. I cannot recommend them enough.
They keep you updated every step of the way and their responses are timely and efficient.
They have provided guidance when needed and have helped us understand legal jargon when things were unclear in documentation.
As stressful as moving home can be, our conveyancing has been one less thing to worry about. They want prompt completion as much as us and I can say that I never had to chase them (which given our experience of others in the chain, is unheard of).

They had to deal with my buyers solicitor who was extremely difficult to work with, he was rude to them, and caused many unnecessary delays. Fantastic conveyancing experience with both Sam Apsey and Lee-Anne Kirk. I have used both Sam and Lee-Anne previously at a different firm and managed to use them again at Woodstock Legal this time around. I would not use any one else to deal with selling and purchasing of properties. They are super efficient, quick and always on the ball with trying to get transactions done as quickly and efficiently as possible and able to give advice where needed.
