How refreshing to receive such superb customer service! A driving experience voucher for my grandsons birthday failed to arrive despite being arranged express delivery. An email to customer services brought a very quick response from Lizzie, who investigated and sent out a replacement which incredibly arrived within 24 hours and on my grandsons birthday. To say I was delighted was an understatement - I have not had customer service at this level for a very long time! Thank you Lizzie - you are a star - my grandson is so looking forward to his driving experience !

Nat & Lizziewere both wonderful in sorting out my present that had been booked at the wrong zoo.

There were both professional and helpful and couldn't have done more for me.

I look forward to booking my new experience and hope I get to speak to them again.

It is the first time I have used a WonderDays voucher. I had booked the activity but then I realised that with the heatwave it wouldn't be possible for us to do it, so I contacted them to see if it was possible to change the date. I sent my email after their office hours on Thursday, and early on Friday I had an answer from Lizzie. She was completely brilliant, she organised the change of dates without any fuss.
I have never found this level of outstanding customer service, so hats off for Lizzie and the WonderDays fmaily!

Lizzie at Wonder Days, where, unfortunately the Helicopter Experience I had hoped would be a great and exciting gift to give, was, sadly, instead, turned down, as the young man told me he was terrified of the thought of a helicopter, although he’s a happy flying traveller!
Lizzie immediately responded to me saying that this gift could be suspended, but the amount spent, would be made into a gift voucher instead, for the same amount of money.
The efficiency with how this is being dealt with is greatly appreciated by me and can’t thank her and Wonder Days enough.
My own grandchildren were rather intrigued with this gift, so, as they live abroad, who knows?

Really great experience with customer service team at Wonder Days. I am a Canadian visiting UK and my experience got rainchecked but Lizzie from the customer service team was fabulous to work with, she quickly replied to my emails and was flexible to extend our vouchers for a follow up visit!

We had a query regarding a recently received gift voucher, and Lizzie helped us resolve the issue quickly. She responded promptly and maintained a very positive attitude throughout the process.

River cruise and afternoon tea.

Very well organised 45 min trip down the river Severn. Commentry with interesting facts about Shrewsbury, a bonus. Able to purchase drinks on board.
Afternoon tea was a short walk away in Shrewsbury and was super - plenty of food and great service.

Dizziness saved our lives by help and support to understand the situation I was misunderstanding.

After struggling to get a suitable date to use our voucher before its expiry, I contacted WonderDays’ customer service and Lizzie M replied very promptly and helped to resolve the issue with ease and with a very high standard of professionalism. I’d not heard of WonderDays before receiving this gift voucher but will definitely be using WonderDays going forwards due to their fantastic customer care.

After receiving vouchers for the Clarkson's Farm Tour as a present, when I went to book I was informed that the experience was no longer available.
However, Lizzie M in customer service was very helpful & quick in responding & she issued me with a replacement voucher.

I had an issue with a voucher that was due to expire after my balloon flight was cancelled because of poor weather. I was concerned about losing the experience, but Lizzie was incredibly helpful throughout the process.
She took the time to contact the supplier on my behalf, kept me updated, and worked hard to find a solution. Thanks to her efforts, my voucher was extended free of charge, which I really appreciated.

What a fantastic day!

I ABSOLUTELY loved my time here. Feeding the sheep, goats and other animals before going to the main event "Highland Cow Cuddling and Brushing". There wasn't loads of people at one time so got plenty of time and they were very receptive to a cuddle/stroke/brush. The cream tea was huge and incredibly tasty!

Went to cow cuddling experience. Got there early so was able to look at all other animals. Had an amzing time grooming and feeding them. Lots of pictures taken. Would recommend to anyone. Fantastic time had. Thank you
