Great customer service
My stainless band was a little big. I emailed to see if there was a workaround. There wasn’t, but they offered me a full credit for the band. Extremely helpful and responsive.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, sustainability, and the bands are great! I ordered 3 bands from Wizeband, as I was seeking quality gold colored bands that would not irritate my sensitive skin. I have very small wrists, and one was still too loose after removing all links. I asked customer service if I could return it for a refund, and they said due to their sustainability efforts I could keep it, and either donate it or gift it to someone else. I still got the refund as well. Customer service (Emily Thompson) was SO quick to respond to all messages, and very friendly. Truly an overall great experience. Keep it up! I will be back. 😊

I’m a female with a larger wrist. Wize Band offers more adjustable features on their bands. I was able to add or remove links on my band to comfortably fit my wrist. It’s easy to put on and take off. The band is well made and attractive - just what I wanted. And it was shipped in a timely manner.

I’ve been a Wizeband customer for several years. Recently I bought a watchband and a wireless phone, watch & earbuds charger. Unfortunately the charger wasn’t compatible with my Iphone16 pro max. Wizeband agreed to give me credit and replace my broken watchband. Way to go Wizeband! I remain a satisfied customer!!

Buyer beware
Buyer beware, I ordered a band two weeks ago and I still haven't received it. I had to call my credit card company to cancel the charges. I have been tracking the package, it started in New Jersey and is now in Los Angelos but I live in Florida. Customer service hasn't helped with this issue either. Stay away from wizeband.com.

Excellent customer service
I ordered the Telos metal band but unfortunately I had not checked the product details and I did not spot that it was not compatible with the Versa 4. Customer service was excellent and, despite this being my error, they gave me a full refund. The band was of excellent quality and very well made so it is a real shame I cannot use it.
