Last update, the credit they are giving me of $22 for the “free exchange “ will actually cost me an additional $16.74! Not free! I’ve asked for a refund , no response and it’s been 2 days! As for the referral code, i’ve asked 3 times for it as I do not see it on my original invoice.

Avoid WizeBand – Misleading Shipping, Nonexistent Customer Service
I placed an order on May 19 and was promised 3–9 day delivery within the U.S. It’s now June 13, and not only has the product still not arrived, but the entire experience has been a nightmare.
WizeBand marked my item as "delivered", sent me emails to rate the product, and yet the tracking number clearly shows it’s still pending — stuck in Los Angeles for nearly a month. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed it was “in customs,” which makes no sense for a domestic U.S. shipment.
I asked for a resolution — either a resend or confirmation that I’d receive it this week, as the item was intended as a gift. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no meaningful response. Just silence.
So here I am: no product, no gift, and no refund. Just a string of automated emails and vague excuses. What started as a seemingly trustworthy website turned out to be a complete scam with cheap, evasive customer support.
Buyers beware — the glossy product photos are not worth the frustration, delays, and total lack of accountability.

To clarify, the “delivered” status and the follow-up email requesting a review are part of an automated process that triggers a few days after the estimated delivery window. Unfortunately, it does not reflect the actual status of your parcel, which clearly shows it's still in transit.
We’re currently facing widespread shipping delays in certain U.S. regions, including Los Angeles, and while this is beyond our direct control, it’s absolutely our responsibility to support you through it. Your package getting held up this long is far from the experience we aim to provide.
As of today, we’ve already processed a full refund for your order. You shouldn't have to chase updates or feel ignored. We’re reviewing how we can improve our follow-up communication to ensure no one else feels left in the dark.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback—it helps us do better.

Outstanding customer service
When Ordering, I forgot to change the size of the face surround, As soon as I realised, sent off an email.
My item had been dispatched, but Emily was quick to send me out another at no cost, "these things happen" she said.
This is a service, that is not usually offered these days, Communication has been amazing, and my watchband is beautiful. I would definitely recommend and repurchase from Wizeband.

Very nice, quality piece. I’m excited to wear it with the ensemble I’m wearing to my cousins wedding. It matches my white gold wedding ring perfectly. Apple Watch band replacement
I ordered an Apple Watch band from Wizeband which, unfortunately broke after 5 months of usage. I got in touch with the customer support and they have sent me a new band without any additional fees to compensate the inconvenience. I'm really grateful and satisfied with the support I got and also satisfied with the band itself, regardless of the issue I had with it.
