Wow watch straps with a difference
Saw this company on Facebook Wasn’t sure what to expect but I ordered one Wow it arrived promptly and I was so pleased with the quality I have since placed another 2 orders I now have 15 bands so I can change them depending on my mood . The special deals they have on are great value for money . I have had no issues with any of the bands even the link ones as you get a great little tool free so it’s so easy to adjust the length which is great as I have a very small wrist .overall the quality is excellent .May even buy some more to give as gifts

Overall good experience with WizeBand
I ordered from Wizeband, and my order did take a while to get to me but that may be more of shipper's fault. While the purchase did not work out for me, the customer service worked with me to resolve the order to my satisfaction. It does require a little patience as interaction back and forth may take a few days, but they do get back to you. Overall, I would have no problem recommending them to anyone wishing to purchase from WizeBand.

I love the quality of the band
I love the quality of the band, first of all. I needed to remove some links and easily found a “how to” video, which easily explained how to do it. Last, customer service was great. With the postal strike, I was offered the chance to give an alternate delivery address. I appreciate that, rather than it being undeliverable and returned.

The lack of response when I emailed…
The lack of response when I emailed them for a problem that I had with my initial delivery of a watchband. They then asked me for a video of the problem I sent that and I have heard nothing back since I’ve also sent another email asking for a return of the other watchband because it is gold and not rose gold.

Two days into wearing the band snapped while walking around the zoo. No extensive activity involved. Less than pleased with this product, especially for the cost. Will not be recommending.

Great costumer service
I was very excited to get my new bands from WizeBand. There was an issue with the delivery which at first didn’t work, but the costumer service was excellent and made sure I got my replacements super quick, very happy with the look and quality of them. Definitely recommend!

It’s so pretty!
It was a very easy experience! The band is so pretty and it was simple to adjust. It is so pretty and very comfortable so I am sure it will see a lot of wear. I love the color and there are a few other colors that I am also interested in checking out. Highly recommend this band!

Won’t give me a refund.
I have a new Apple watch and the watch band was too large and the clasp was very hard to open and close. I have many watch bands that are too large because the watch is bigger and turns on my wrist. I want a refund in accordance with their policy and they won’t give me one. They want to replace it or credit me.
