Not an American product
Not an American company - it appears to be a Chinese company masquerading as American. Nothing is made in USA. If you buy, it will be shipped from China as they can’t be bothered to place inventory in the US. Address in Wyoming is a head fake. Chat service is fake - they never responded to my request for help. I won’t buy again.

I bought 4 different straps: Leather and metal straps I ordered are beautiful and exactly how I hoped. The pearl-effect straps are a bit less impressive thanbthey appear on the pictures on the site. They look a bit more high-end when in reality they are plastic, but still very good.

Request for help ignored
Bad customer experience and website. I put an order in for a leather strap, filled in my delivery address on the website, then when I received the confirmation email, I realised the package was getting shipped to an address I used to live at two addresses ago! I wrote to WizeBand Support literally the second after I got the confirmation email, explaining the issue, but apparently nobody bothers to check those requests for help. Money out the window.

I am very happy with my latest purchases of the Arya Stainless Strap. Nice quality and very easy to adjust and make smaller to fit my wrist. if your a woman and like a larger look this is the band for you.

Lo cierto es que he quedado bastante decepcionado con las correas. Son de calidad vietnamita, pero mediocre. Las venden a precios altos y, aunque te ofrecen descuentos, ni siquiera con la mejor oferta merecen la pena.
No volvería a comprar. Me he equivocado.

Terrible customer experience and cheap quality.
I bought a $65 metal band from WizeBand with a “Buy 1 Get 1” promo. The metal band broke in under 10 days. When I requested a refund or replacement, they only refunded half the price, citing the promotion. I even offered to return the “free” one I didn’t want, but they refused—saying it would make a great gift instead. Since then, they’ve stopped replying to emails and calls.
I’ve since bought a $10 Amazon band that’s far better quality. Save your money and avoid WizeBand altogether.

One of the bands is difficult to open for me I have sent several email to ask for an exchange and I only received one email asking for more details which I replied and have heard nothing for two weeks

Good strap bad customer service!
The strap (band) was lovely and looked very good quality HOWEVER the size stated on the item was inaccurate and wasn’t big enough for my wrist. I asked if the company would send me a couple of extra links and they said they couldn’t (wouldn’t). I could only get them if I bought another strap. I’m not prepared to do that!!! Very disappointed.

Poor quality and bad customer service

Beautiful watch bands!
These are just beautiful watch bands! The Atlanta and the Perla bands I bought are stylish and feel high quality. The clasps are smooth functioning and secure. The sizing tool makes adjusting the band easy for a perfect fit.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Wizeband does not allow you to return products. I was a loyal customer but ordered an Apple Watch band that I didn’t like. I have been trying to return the band for over a week and wizeband is giving me the run around. You cannot call and talk to anyone. I have sent 3 emails requesting a return and all I have received are computer generated emails saying they are reviewing my request. I honestly don’t know what to do. BUY YOUR WATCH BANDS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.

Great quality product and items…
Great quality product and items delivered were exactly as shown on the website.
I bought two watch bands and love them both. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the problem I experienced waiting for my items to be delivered. When I tracked my parcel, it was actually detailed as being returned to sender. It did get delivered, about 2-3 days outside of the expected time frame.
