The four bands that I have purchased only 2 are as described and wearable. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend.

very pleased with Wiz bands
I ordered three of the lovely bands and one unfortunately had a bit of a fault so they replaced it after seeing a photograph. Very good service - polite and efficient company - will use them again in the future for other fans as they slipping and out quite easily even though I have got very stiff fingers!

My “quartz”band has arrived and it…
My “quartz”band has arrived and it feels very light and like plastic. That wouldn’t be so bad as it looks nice and wearing it would be the test - but the tool sent to use to remove links does not work. I put the screw part going in in the direction of the arrows but the pin didn’t come out and the part that inserts in unscrewed from the tool and will not unscrew out of the band. Will need pliers to try to get it out and try on another link.
Update - the CS team reached out and was very helpful in resolving my issue.

To clarify, the band you received is made from resin, which gives it a lightweight feel, while its "ceramic" name refers to its polished, glossy look. It combines both aesthetics and comfort for everyday wear.
Regarding the link removal tool, it sounds like the tool might not have been aligned correctly during the adjustment process. This can happen if the tool isn’t centered properly on the pinhole, causing it to get stuck on the band itself. If this resulted in the tool being damaged, we’d be happy to send you a replacement tool free of charge. Just let us know!

I ordered 3 bands of various colors and materials and they are all so cute! I particularly like the metal link band with a jewelry clasp. It's so easy to take the links out to adjust it and the band elevates the look of my watch. The prices are great too! I will definitely buy from this company again.

I had an issue with my strap-once Wizeband saw my review they emailed straight away-I sent a video of my issue and they immediately offered replacement, I received my gift card to pick out replacement. Excellent customer service-Thanks Emily!🙏🏻

Great Customer Service
I ordered 3 watch bands - leather, metal and ceramic. The metal one is perfect, the leather one is good as well. The ceramic band coudn't be adjusted with the tools provided so I couldn't use it, but the customer service was very good - they have me a credit towards a new band.

Wizeband is a great company!
Recently I ordered a Wizeband watchband and was just not happy with the look for me. I did not see any replacement to exchange it for. At this point I just wanted to send it back and get a refund.
When I inquired on how to do that, the reply was very generous. I was told to gift the band to someone and they would send me a refund which they did. Not many companies handle returns this way. I think this is great company that truly wants to satisfy their customers. Thank you Wizeband!

I absolutely love my WizeBand watch strap, I purchased the Kyra metal strap in rose gold, sooo pretty! Makes me want to wear my Apple Watch again all the time because I did completely give up on it.
