I contacted this company via email on 05/05/2025 and was very clear that I needed documents returned to our office from 2 different jurisdictions by 05/19/2025. We were given a quote, which was paid on 05/07/2025, and they verified it. Comes 05/19/2025 and still no results. They ended up stating that they wanted to charge for the second location, which they didn't state when giving the quote or upon payment. I stated this to them, and then they proceeded. I got results on the 20th, and this doesn't give me enough time to submit to the government. I needed the documents in my hand by no later than the 19th (and it was told to them in the initial request and then again upon a conversation via email) since the clients' life depends on it. On the other hand, they are very responsive, but I wouldn't use their services again.

Thwy were paid skip trace. They located person to serve. Tried 3 times at residence. They cannot serve her.

I've hired We Serve Law LLC twice now for out-of-state subpoena domestications under the UIDDA. Both times, their communication was quick and detailed, and their turnaround time was within a week. They are top notch! I'm so grateful to have found a service to handle many of my office's out-of-state legal needs. I recommend We Serve Law LLC to everyone.

0 stars would be more accurate. Don’t waste your time or money and go with a different option. Was serving small claims court paperwork and was nickle and dimed every step of the way. The $85 option for 3 to 5 days of service is actually $130 with fees, very convenient. If the address is not accurate, they will charge you $55 to search in their database for an additional address ( no guarantees it’s more accurate or up to date btw, mine was a bad address that THEY provided me) And once that address is ‘found’, they will charge you another $130 to serve it, since each address is an individual charge. If you pay for 3 attempts and they aren’t used, you’re s*** out of luck. In the end I paid more than $300 for 3 unsuccessful attempts, while paying for 6 attempts and not receiving them. Oh, this also took me 5 weeks time, with me sending constant emails to advocate for an update when it wasn’t provided anywhere near the service date range of 3-5 days. Lots of responses like “your satisfaction is important to us, I’ll provide an update ASAP” and then nothing for days or weeks at a timeime. No refunds, no semblance or empathy or an apology of any kind. They ‘Copy-paste’ from a corporate script every step of the way. I can’t understate how frustrating and unhelpful this company was. 0 stars

I had already gone through the sheriff's office and unfortunately sometimes that doesn't work so I was so happy to find We Serve Law. This process can be overwhelming and stressful but this company makes everything so easy.They offered the best price that was so affordable compared to other companies and they stayed in communication with me the entire time. It was easy to send in my documents and get a quote almost immediately. Once the order was made service was quick and effective. Something I had been trying to get done for months was finished in literally a few days. I am so greatful to this service and most certainly will be using them again if I ever have the need. I've already told my friends and family and will be sure to let anyone I come across that needs documents served that this is the place to use. Do not use. Terrible communication, they will only email, no one answers the phone. They used to serve with no problem, though the rates are very high. Now, they seemed to have dropped the ball, are not honest and straightforward about attempts for service, and not responsive about whether they will serve on time. Will never use again and strongly recommend you stay away!

This company is horrible the communication is not there.. I told them the times to serve and they didn’t listen they came in the morning and I said evening.. they kept asking for paperwork that I already gave them over and over again.. Please don’t use them because somebody don’t know their job there.worst experience ever!!!!

Wow I am impressed. They are half priced for basic serving legal papers. They do a better job than many. They are fast to respond, accurate with skip trace, both times I used their service they moved fast and got the other party served immediately. I used a different company first and they charged $150 to give me an address to a house the other party and I had sold when we divorced. Literally nothing came of it. Other companies never answered or called back. That caused a lot of anxiety, made me feel hopeless. Premium Process has great customer service and communication. I highly recommend.

Service turned out to be terrible. They served our office with a copy of our own lawsuit, instead of the actual defendant. Also, they served the wrong person on another case that we submitted. Do not waist your money or time with this company!

I hired them a week ago online for their next day service for $120. Upon check out the additional fees totaled $295. I needed this done ASAP as court date got expedited and I had 4 days to have the person served so I trusted the good reviews here and paid them. I did not get any updates by day 2 so I e-mailed. They said they were still making attempts. By Saturday I said it was too late to attempt further and I needed my documentation, and I was told I'd have it ASAP. It is Monday morning and I go to court tomorrow and still have no paperwork. Do not use them if you have a shortened timeline. They are not worth the extra stress/headache and the extra money. I could have gone with someone cheaper but I believed the reviews on here. As if this process isn't stressful enough, they made it even worse.

Zero Stars. They are a go between not actual process servers. They do not ask the right questions nor request what is needed for proper service. By the time I spoke with service person she had spooked who needed to be served. DO NOT USE THEM. I was client David Melin

We Serve Law has always provided us with prompt service at a reasonable rate, and they have gone above and beyond for us in the case of unusual or time-sensitive service. I would recommend them to anyone needing nationwide, prompt service!

They were great. I mistakenly used another server for a different state, and it was a disaster. There was one digit wrong in an address and they wanted to charge me a full new fee. We Serve Law was polite and responsive. I will only use them in the future.

I've been emailing this company for the last two days, and none of the "team" has answered a question in their responses. If they were free, I wouldn't use them. Heaven only knows what kind of service they would actually provide.

They never mailed my documents that I paid for to me and then when I emailed them they wanted me to pay more to get another original copy mailed to me. They did at least email me a copy of the paperwork. Hopefully my son can get adopted this week without the paper copy. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

The company respectfully. They sure you're complaining very quickly.And was very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone of all rewards for her work and built a bland around her persona
