Poor communication

Communication is really slow. Also, I had requested a refund numerous time, to which they had agreed, and it took a substantial amount of time to resolve.

We received your service request on March 5th, and the completed affidavit was returned to you on March 10th, which falls within our standard turnaround time. Additionally, I don't see any record of a refund being issued from our end. Is it possible you are thinking of a different service provider?

Never could have a conversation with…

Never could have a conversation with someone to understand the process. The whole thing was a waste and I believe the agent was not interested in answering questions. I will never reccommend this!

Yea but because a lack of communications the document did not work for the purposes of the request. I ask for the document to pass an international standard. There was no way you all would allow the singer number and therefore this was a fail.

My apologies for not being more specific; the point is you can be as fast as you want to be but if you can’t help a client get the document cleared then what was the point. Thank you again for the experience

Our records show that we processed your apostille within the promised timeline, responded to your questions within 30 minutes, and proactively advised you on a correction to prevent your application from being rejected.
