It was fast and smooth. My only complaints are that they are not very responsive for how much they charge. I paid around $600 for two documents to be apostilled and expedited and they weren't as responsive as I'd like but, they got sh*t done.

Since this is a one or two time exercise for me, I can't be totally objective, BUT at the three week mark with no communication on the federal document, I spent over and hour and a half tracking down readily available information, that should have been available to me of the process moving forward. I did appreciate the interim communication giving me update on the first document. My suggestion would be that your company engage in a weekly update as an assurance for us customers.
Otherwise, I like doing business with you!
