Awful company to work for. The driver app never gives the true mileage to the customer drop off and is always much less than stated on each job detail. This means you are always traveling considerable more than you expect, thus earning much less per drop than expected. This is very misleading and you are often left out of pocket.
The pay is very poor and nearly always much less than minimum wage when you discount fuel, wear and tear on your vehicle, shopping time and toll fees. You get a small bonus if you can complete the job on time, but this is often unachievable as they can be old jobs which other drivers have cancelled. The company dont communicate adequate drop off information from the customer. I made a delivery to an hospital with no information on the app to indicate whereabouts in the hospital or ward that the customer wanted items dropping off. I could not contact the customer for this information and was put on hold for half hour when I tried to contact customer support at Beelivery and when I finaly got through, the advisor did not know how to handle the situation. I was waiting at this hospital for over an hour due to their incompetence and lack of organisation, which is unacceptable.
Most of the driver apps out there such as Just Eat, Deliveroo, Stuart are heads and tales better than this sh@t show of a company to work for.
Slave pay and very unprofessional.

When it works it's ok. Unfortunately it cannot be relied upon. You place an order an it's pot luck if (1) a driver available and (2) they bring what you order. Probably better going with an alternative supplier if reliability is important.

No Delivery!! Waste of time.

This is a con, the company isn’t real, I’ve just been robbed by their fantastically convincing app. Contacting bank first thing tomorrow to attempt to recover my money. Thieving buggers behind this.

I can’t stress enough - AVOID, don’t fall for it.

I order 1 litre bottle of vokda they charge me £28.00 and on the bottle it £18.79 i used think they look after people like me who dont go out and i have order stuff before but never check it but they just nearly took £10.00 off me i will not be using them again my advice check your goods and how much they are ripping you off Beelivery do not believe in helping people with mental health issues just helping themselves

Absolutely horrible experience. Made an order and payment was taken out of my account but about an hour later I was told that there are no drivers available for my order. They gave me the option to try to wait for a driver for another hour or cancel the order. I decided to wait another hour. An hour later, I got the same message and decided to cancel the order. Then I got a message that the money had apparently not been taken from me but it is frozen and will be released within 5 days. Given that deliveroo and online grocery stores can refund money immediately, this is unacceptable. On top of that, that app was difficult to use and unclear. The company is a total scam.

First time I have used Beelivery and it will not be the last. Spread the word - its so handy for us who can not get out or are too lazy to do so. Perfect site, perfect driver, perfect goods. All great.

Put in a very large order (over £100) for a lunch for 35 colleagues. Had all sorts of issues getting it ordered and then had my order cancelled. I had very little time left to get the food to the office and no real other option. Fortunately, a lovely lady called Emma was on hand to make sure it got delivered. I rung her at least 5 times and she managed to make sure the food was sent out to me and my colleagues. Without her assistance I would’ve been in serious trouble. Will use again purely because of her service and assistance!

Failed to find driver, took 3 days to get money back, really not worth it, overpriced and unreliable to say the least.

Hmmm. Had an order cancelled after almost 2 hours of it being placed. Too much hassle apparently. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Walk to the shop if you must. Still annoyed and my money still hasn’t returned to my bank account.

Beyond Disgraceful!.. Ordered over 25£ shopping.. Overpriced and not much choice selection but I went ahead!.. They send me tracking to say was on it's way! (Last min visitors so seemed quick option).. Messaged me over an hour and half later to say driver had backed out and no other drivers!.. Left me embarrassed.. Should have gone myself 20 mins to local Tesco!.. Money still not returned to my account!.. Really put a downer on our evening!..? Scam.. Bank to get back to me!! AVOID at all costs!.. My only error was not pre reading the reviews.. which weren't prominent on their site!.. Delivery costs and added charges crazy too!
Still waiting for refund.. Nobody replying from this Company! 😒. 12 days on.. No refund and Beelivery not answering my emails!.. Which, consumer ombudsman contacting!

Absolutely Dibolical. Over 40 drivers located and not one picked up the job (it was for over £20 worth too so worth the journey for them) then nothing, was left without food. Then you discover they hold your money due it pending. I got mine back quick as I said I'd go to trading standards. DO NOT USE LOCAL BEELIVERY. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

I honestly don’t know how this people are getting 5 starts ! This is the worse delivery website that I’ve ever tried ! I’ve place a £40 order because i am self isolating and basically they don’t have drivers around or my order is not good enough for one of them to accept it ! So now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my refund ? What !!!!

I ordered 10 cans of Guinness which was £20+ which was very expensive. When I looked in the bag after the driver had left he had only brought 8 cans. He didn’t say anything, I only found out after I unpacked.

Terrible waited 3 hours no one came sed would be delivered by a time and it never came so I canceled it. Useless might as well use normal shops this was more hassle than it's worth and they charge 20 quid for cigarettes, so so bad!

I honestly don’t know where these 5 star reviews are coming from, they cannot possibly be authentic. The prices they charge are astronomical; nearly triple the retail price. They say they will deliver in 15 minutes but always take over an hour. It’s an absolute rip off. Avoid.

1st and last delivery. Aggressive drivers - who threaten to take shopping away with them - even tho you've paid for it - and explained your mum has dementia so cannot remember a pin. They also make stupid substitutions replacing ie bag of granola for nuts? and non existent customer service reps. This company is a liability about to happen

Very impressed with my first delivery. Was right on time, same day delivery and driver even called me from store to ask about an item I wanted being out of stock. I was advised by NHS to self isolate and had not done my weekly shop - I live alone and other home delivery companies had no delivery slots available. Beedelivery was a life saver - very easy to order and wide range of products to choose from.

Would give zero stars if possible. I could walk and collect items in length of time it took to deliver 2 items. I gave it a try and it is poor.
