Was tired after a very long run feeling poorly. Ordered a steak and sauce. Order took hours to arrive and when it did, they arrived with just the sauce and no steak! So didn't need the sauce! Ridiculous and costs an absolute fortune. Was so hungry by that point, went to the village shop, waste of time.

Lucky to even get one star. I've only had one, semi, successful order. They are expensive, always late. Never trust the estimated delivery time, add 90 minutes and you will be about right. Terrible company. I'm deleting the app as we speak! DO NOT USE!!!

Registered as a delivery driver and have huge concerns over this business model. Drivers want quick collections but instead Beelivery wants drivers to also be pickers. Very confusing how substituted items are communicated to customers and the whole idea that drivers pay for customers orders and then wait to be reimbursed by Beelivery simply isn’t going to work. Customers can reject goods purchased meaning that drivers don’t get paid for items they’ve already bought. The orders that I could see being offered to drivers were not anywhere near minimum wage. Cannot see this company existing for long.

As a driver I'm paying from my pocket. They paid for the trip, but didn't paid tge full amount of the recipt by claiming the price of 4 of the 6 items is £0.00 in their system. After I raised complaint about that with their support team, they said I'll get paid next 2 hours. 48 hours later - zero payment on their side. Double checked my trip payments and guess what?! 1 of 8 payments was correct. They steal money from drivers.

Don't work for this company they try to get your money always find an excuse to keep your money very careful with them

It took time to put in a big order. My husband has cancer- we're both elderly- and we don't go out to dine anymore, so I thought I would treat him to a takeaway meal. He always eats the healthy meals I prepare for him, but tonight we both wanted something different. The cost wasn't cheap - multiple fees added- just McDonalds!- but we hadn't eaten there for a long time and had a craving for it. Anyway, the order never came. They kept putting me off saying they couldn't find a driver. (On a Monday, during the times they aren't busy?) Then they suggested I pay even a bigger tip to ''entice'' a driver to deliver fast. We did, but still no delivery. I finally cancelled, but I don't see my money refunded. I didn't even receive the cancellation acceptance email they said would be sent. I would not use Beelivery again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 bottles of wine and delivery driver showed up with 2 miniatures....at 46 pounds because of out of area delivery was disgusting. No way to contact to speak to a person. Everything automated. Still waiting for refund 🙄

they are far too expensive, i'm not made of money, you need to check tesco's prices, i won't ever use them, bunch of thieves. they won't last ver long if they carry on trying to rip us off like this.

Beelivery is withholding over £100 of deliveries that I have completed for them. It has been over 10 days since the first delivery was completed. An ai based customer service model makes it impossible to speak to a human. If you're thinking of joining a platform for a bit of spare cash dont join this one they will simply not pay you. To be clear a generic message says that I am currently being verified by unipaas takes up to 24hrs. Its been 10 days. Come on someone from Beelivery must read this. Shame on you for your appalling systems.

Thought I would try their website, omg wat a joke...20 minutes later I get a price of 25£ for a kebab, did me a favour I decided not to be hungry after that...thinking about it the takeaway place is 5 minutes away and 3rd of the price this bunch of crooks are charging...having read the negative reviews...i dont see this business trading for very long.
The concept is ok, in the right hands.
I feel sorry for any driver using his time and petrol with a pretty good chance of never seeing his money.

The service is terrible, my order took over 2 and a half hours to arrive and have been trying to get a refund and you don’t hear back!

Do not wate your time with this lot. I placed my order in ececes of £90. Tracked the order for 30 mins. Then recieved an email saying they canclled as there was no driver available. Luckily I could go with a shop that delivered dirdctly at half the cost. This is a warning! Do not use.

Site didnt work. Waited forever and gave up. I eventually gave up but lo and behold the payment went through eventually.....but not my order.

Customer service say no order to track so cant issue a refund even though they have my money.

Wish I'd read this.

I spent £63.10 on a customers order and was promised £14.30 for driver payment, I was payed a total of £52.65. So I have been underpaid by £24.75 I have my receipt and they have confirmed they was in the wrong how ever this was over a month ago and I have still not been correctly payed.

You would have to be pretty desperate to give your money to these thieves......The problem is they know this! They know that you are probably elderly or have health issues that keep you restricted to your home.
We would all expect to be paying a reasonable premium for the service they offer but this company are having a laugh at our expense.
Beelivery.......Others should do what I have done!

Complete ripoff and a scam, they took my order I waited over 4 hours and it never arrived.logged a complaint with customer service and they have ignored my request for a refund. Avoid at all costs. I’ve reported them to trading standards

This is a scam company. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY, please!! Just wait for your local convenience shop to open. It’s not worth it.

Didn't deliver, still waiting for money back, was rude on phone, prices are over the top, delivery fee, pick fee, tip for driver plus a bag of sugar is over £3.00!! Rip off
