When you can get a driver it's not a bad service. When I first used it the service was good but now approx 50% of my orders have been cancelled as they can't get drivers

Ordered some deodorant sticks which I can use and don't bring me out in a rash. They substituted these for anti-perspirant roll on sticks which do bring me out in a rash. I explained this when I emailed asking for a refund, but they refused to refund my payment. So please don't use this firm they give good online supply firms a bad name.

Beelivery will not pay drivers payment at same day it will take 7 to 10days for account verification for ongoing account which is running properly from three months no customer care number for payment or for reply it's worst service same message sending from a week that was automated message

I am really not happy, I sent my order out 4 times and no one expected it, they have now cancelled it and I still do not have my items, I don't have any way of getting to a shop very poor service

Just needed a few items and can't get to the shops and came across this website beelivery, placed my order and 30 mins later delivery man at the door with my bag if goodies, Result

The worst service ever… I encourage you to not use them. They change the products you’ve bought and there is no way to receive a refund or return the product. They sent me a dehodorant spray which gives me allergies which I did not order and there is no way you can return the products. It is the first time in my life I see a service where you cannot return the products if they make a mistake. They have a terrible customers service, is not worth wasting your time and money using them.

I have used this service before, and it was brilliant, every time, but on this occasion, it wasn't wonderful. I tipped a driver, but even so, I had to wait for one to come to me from 20 miles away, which was ludicrous. The order arrives, and one item was missing. No explanation as to why. I've contacted customer services for a refund, but considering their responses to other people, maybe I should not expect a refund any time soon. ****Update, wasn't charged for the missing item. No contact, or explanation from customer services. The missing item was just removed from the final debit of my account. Review is still only a 4 star, as the wait time was appalling, but this is a lack of local drivers, an availability issue.

Don't offer a service you can't fulfil! Nothing more annoying than to have an order accepted, waiting for some time to then be told there aren't delivery drivers available!

Second time I’ve ordered only for the order to be cancelled an hour after waiting - absolutely rubbish!

Ordered some food and although the driver was far away from the start they got to me fast, although it was a late Sunday night with limited product availability, they still managed to get the items as close as possible to the ones in my order. The driver was funny and kind and let us know about the substitutions. Thank you so much will be ordering from you again!

I ordered the Elmlea plant based cream and had to order 8 cartons to meet the minimum order. I was on a customer call and my partner answered the door and took the delivery. They sent me the animal based cream which contains lactose and causes a severe allergic reaction if I ingest it. Shocking service, I have contacted the help centre to correct this. Will update review once they have responded. Update I contacted beelivery via their chat bot and they tried to placate me with a 13 pound refund on a £19.09 order. This is unacceptable to me, I have opened a case with PayPal to recoup the full amount. If beelivery cannot find the product you have ordered they need to reject the order. This was not even a plant based alternative which I would have accepted. They sent me a product that if I ingested it would put me in hospital. Absolutely shocking company that must be avoided at all costs.

Useless. Unless your local beelivery driver is your partner, forget it.
Yet another ‘fake it t’ill you make it’ dot com business.

Waste of money will not be using this again incomplete order total waste of money this was my first and definitely last time using this load of toilet should of just gone to the shop my self!! Should of read the reviews before using this wow I feel stupid

Not had 1 delivery to date out of 5 requests in different parts of the UK. Does it actually work.

You can't get a driver unless you "tip" them. They already overcharge you and then make you pay more if you, y'know, actually want to get something.

Absolute sham

My driver was very friendly and helpful. He sorted out a substitution for me and it was what I would have chosen.

Truly dreadful. Hours late and only the alcohol section of the order was correct. I have had problems with them almost every time I have ordered. Avoid,totally unprofessional and don't care about customers

Absolutely disgusting driver great but company will never get my business again 9.45 for 4 small peroni because I have been ordering and a good customer
