Service interruption resolution
We couldn't receive any email and ou website appeared to be down. WHUK (Rory Packer) quickly identified the issue as a blocked IP address resulting from too many failed logins. This was done in minutes in a friendly and courteous manner.

I am not very good with the workings of computer. One could say almost illiterate may be a fairer description!
When anything goes wrong I panic. I am not sure how to find out what the problem is. I don't want to press any keys in case I make the problem worst.
When I rang your company for some help, the person that answered my call, asked what was wrong and then reeled off a few technical reason that the computer was no longer working . I explained my feeble knowledge of computers, he changed from super techie into Mr. Sympathetic and helpful.
He no longer laughed at my ignorance. He assured me that time was not a problem and slowly talked me through mt problem. He was so re assuring and kind. I no longer felt the panic rising. He was calm and understanding. Yes, it took a little longer to sort me out. By the time my problem was sorted his
patience and professionalism made me feel that I could contact you any time and that I would be listened to, not laughed at.
