Recent webhosting environment issue causing problems with Joomla
I recently had cause to setup a ticket due to issues with navigating the Joomla backend of my website due to some issue with the webhosting environment.
Kevin was very helpful, fault finding what was wrong at their end, that was causing the issue and enabling Joomla to work properly again.

Had an issue with email hosting - quickly resolved
Had an issue with email hosting, that was preventing email clients from pulling email from Webhosting servers and preventing access to webmail, telephoned their technical helpline and got straight through to a real person - no annoying chatbots, no annoying AI menu driven questions - a real person that was able to resolve the issue. First person I spoke with (Ujwal Pande - Line Support Engineer) understood the issue and working with colleagues resolved the issue while I was still on the phone. Great service. I have only every had good experiences with WebhostingUK (having also in the past used their tech support messaging tickets for less urgent queries).
