The best I've found in 30 years
I have been doing websites since 1996 (over 30 years) and in that time gone through about six shared webhosts. The early ones were pretty good, small enthusiastic companies early net culture. But then like everything else the net went corporate.
Webhosting UK is remarkable in sustaining humanity and being efficient as well. They have supported me through migrating my sites to them over a period of 3 days. Support has been amazingly patient as I struggled yet again with the myriad steps involved.
The interface, instructions, labels, clicking through to desired service, is clearer and cleaner than others.
There have been a few times they have slipped into ingroup jargon but on request always explained with this remarkable patience they have. I never once felt they were condescending to my ignorance,
Here are the saintly people who have helped me on my way: Steve A., Philip G., Kumar, Kaushal R, Kemp M, Ross Taylor, Nikhil, Matthre Scott, Kian K, Sammy M, Tejaswini B, Hector, THANK YOU all of you.

SSL certs porblems with limited access to the server solved.
Had a problem with SSL on our sites and despite Webhosting support not having accress to our server (due to our company's IT security Policy), Nigel P guided me step by step to sort it out.
Their support is always the best and even with obstacles like limited access, they are still willing to help.
Nigel P is a perfect example of a dream support engineer to deal with.

Changing Password
This is a comment on the service I received from Nick K who is the WHUK service agent. He was very helpful with the complexities of the screen presentation. [The chat screen covered up several of the action buttons and I could not move it. WHUK could do with sorting this out] I almost temporarily gave up but he wanted to get me sorted out. We had great success. I would have given Nick 5 stars but I knocked off one star for small problem in the display. Thank you.
