Terrible service

Terrible service, I started a webhosting package with them which I wasn't happy with so canceled the package online but kept receiving invoices they then said that I had closed a different package even though I only had the one package they then phoned me I told them that I had closed the package and was sick of there service 5 minutes after the phone call I received an email telling me to follow the link to close the account the link then took me to 404 page. Lets see if they answer this.

Our records show that two separate accounts were opened with us at different times. The services on your first account were cancelled as requested, in November 2025, when we also made you aware of the second account. At that time, we sent you a cancellation link for the service on the second account.

I am sorry to hear that you were unable to use the cancellation link that we sent. We were not aware that there was a problem with the link and we did not have any further communication from yourself with regard to cancelling the second account .

very poor support

very poor support, some support expecially on the Chat really dont know much, they waste your time and instead you have to tell them exactly what to do, which sometimes they dont listen. Had a very bad experience with Andy from Chat Support! Wouldnt recommend using if you have serious server requirements.

I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the support you received on Live Chat recently.

To clarify, blocking bot traffic falls outside the remit of our support agents. In your case, the high volume of bot activity was from a single domain on your server. Our agent therefore recommended the most appropriate steps: adding a robots.txt file and placing the affected domain behind Cloudflare. These are the best‑practice solutions when bot traffic is limited to one domain.

Blocking bots at the server level is not generally recommended, as it can unintentionally block legitimate crawlers as well as malicious ones. This can negatively impact services such as Google indexing and, ultimately, your search rankings. For this reason, we usually advise customers to work with their developer to implement a custom solution if deeper filtering is required.

We fully understood your concern about the bot activity, especially as your developer was unavailable over the weekend.

In this situation, our agents tried their best to help you but we also recognise that given the circumstances, we could have been more proactive in raising the ticket for you. Although the instructions for this process are available in our Knowledge Base for customers who wish to carry it out themselves, we were happy to assist at your request.
