Lovely windows & doors. Good price & quick to install. After 3 months front has dropped. Have phone 6 times asking for a repair - am still waiting for the repair. Disappointed. Letting themselves down.

SPENT OVER AN HOUR ASKING ABOUT LOCAL AREA TELLING ME I COULD BE A SHOW HOUSE .WHEN IT CAME TO PRICE HE TOLD ME I WAS GETTING £28000 WINDOWS FOR £11000.TOLD HIM I HAD A QUOTE FOR UNDER £5000 HE SAID I WOULD NEED TO REPLACE THEM WITHIN 3 YEARS.ASKED ME WHY I HAD INVITED A QUALITY COMPANY UP WHEN I WAS ON A BUDGET AND TOLD ME I WOULD BE BETTER SPENDING MY 5 GRAND ON A HOLIDAY.FUMING AN TOLD HIM WHERE TO GO

got new front door fitted..... craig arrived at designated time and done a very professional and tidy job of fitting door and taking all old door and framework away to... no hesitation on recommending for work to be carried out

Apart from being put on the spot to a yes or no deal - no complaints so far.
We were initially told the installation would take 2 days but the installers managed it in one. Both Thomas and AJ were very pleasant, decent folk who we'd happily have round again. They worked a very long day and we are grateful to them for their efforts.

6 days on from my last review, we are STILL waiting on contact from Weatherseal. Quick to take the money, even quicker to trawl Trustpilot to get negative reviews removed but clearly can’t be bothered to contact customers to rectify problems with their overpriced windows and doors. They are an absolute joke of a company!

I am still waiting for Weatherseal to resolve my issue. It would appear they are quick to respond to these reviews for appearance only. I consider myself to be a patient person but this is wearing thin as the contractor who had to finish the job Weatherseal were to do is still waiting to be paid. This will be done as soon as they pay me for the work which is clearly written in our contract. Prompt action is now required

Received continued goods service and good quality windows from weatherseal. The workman was very friendly and tidy worker.

Still waiting to get a proper quote for the cladding as prices keep changing - I believe this is subcontracted and currently hasn't provided me with the same level of care and good customer service that weatherseal have.

I would have no hesitation in recommended this company. The service was great from start to finish. The bunch of guys who fitted the windows were professional and tidied everything up when they finished.
However the only gripe I have is the saleswoman who I expressed my distaste for tilt and turn in the bedrooms who assured me this was not going to be the case.

The surveyor came when I was at work and my husband signed the agreement not realising that tilt and turn had been ordered for the upstairs.
As he signed the document I now have tilt and turn upstairs.

We had a window installed by the Dundee branch and are very satisfied with all aspects of the company. I would recommend them highly. Mark and Thomas from the company provided excellent aftercare.

This company keeps calling me and when I told them to stop the girl was very aggressive. She then start calling from a unknown saying nasty things. I would not recommend them or ever deal with a company that would act in this way.

Excellent service and my new windows are a brilliant upgrade to my house. Would use weatherseal again

Pressured into signing an agreement to buy windows. Paid £999.00 of this £650.00was a deposit and £349.00 was an administration fee. I decided to cancel and asked for my money back. They told me that the admin fee was non-refundable. After a couple of emails back and forth, I got an email telling me that my deposit would be returned and as a gesture of goodwill they would also refund the admin fee. It took 6 weeks to get my money back, but instead of the full £999.00 I received £799.00. On 18th march 2019 I sent an email asking for the £200.00 shortage to be returned to me. I'm still waiting for a reply. I received an email from customer service that my email was sent to senior management. Trying to talk to customer service is a waste of time, I asked to speak to a manager but was told there wasn't one available but one would be in touch by phone. I'm still waiting. I've got all the emails as proof of what I was promised.

Update. I think you were playing an April fools joke on me John. I'm still waiting for my money refunded to me. Now time to email director.

New update, still waiting for my money refunded to me, this company broke cosumer law by holding on to my money for six weeks. After sending me an email telling me i would get all my money back, still paid me 200£ short. Very bad company. Tell me again John when are they going to refund my money.

The sales methods used at Weatherseal are disgusting. After being requested for an hour of my time I reluctantly agreed to a sales visit. The sales person was very persistent in gaining a sale, however I advised them continuously that I was not interested. They would not leave for over 2 hours and made it very uncomfortable and awkward. They used pier pressure and kept insisting that we proceed with the sale. After the sales personal finally agreed that we would not be purchasing the windows they then proceeded to make a call to their manager. Then there manager came on the phone after offering a further discount and again trying to pressure the sale. Eventually they left, however left us very annoyed. This sales technique did not work on myself, however I fully believe others including elderly would be caught by their trap.
Weatherseal are absolute crooks. Not only did they offer discount after discount but they called again a week later once again offering discount and trying to pressurise a sale.

The windows certainly improved the look of our house but the salesman that sold the windows to us was full of it. A lot of lies and unkept promises. Bombarded with calls about getting a door after the windows were in. Guys were quick on the day of the job. Honestly I wouldn't use them again or recommend to anyone.

There are no words for how angry I am at this company, but suffice it to say that I am still absolutely fizzing from the experience.

First, they started pestering my husband on his work number about a quote. He kept saying ‘no’ (as we really don’t need any bloody windows) but was eventually pressured into saying ‘yes’.

The first I heard about this was when I got a ‘courtesy call’ at 8.30pm this evening, to tell me that a woman would be arriving in 10 minutes. My response? ‘Sorry, but who is this woman, why is she visiting at nearly 9pm, and why does she need advance warning?’

Now, I know that the company can’t be held to account over my husband’s lapse in communication, but what they CAN and SHOULD be held accountable for is their subsequent behaviour.

Once the ‘courtesy caller’ and I established what the hell was going on, I told him to kindly tell the woman to turn right back round, as we didn’t want or need a quote for windows (and particularly not at 8.30pm after a 12 hour shift, and still without our dinner).

This request was denied. In fact, my husband had to be consulted! He made the appointment! For....fudge...sake.

Before I knew it, a raddled-looking blonde was in our house. At 9pm. When we also happen to be decorating, and the place is in uproar and, goddamnit, we need to be left in peace!

I made it clear the visit was particularly unwelcome, apologised for the mix-up, and asked her to leave. Which she didn’t. She sat in our house for one. whole. hour. Despite being told again that the quote wasn’t welcome. She wasn’t welcome. The timing was atrocious. I tried kindly, I tried not-so-kindly, I tried EVERYTHING.

And still, she stayed.

Lady, you are pushy and socially maladjusted. Please don’t come back.

Finally, please be aware that we will now be documenting every attempt on your part to contact us, with a view to use this as evidence against you should the need arise. And please believe me when I say that the next time a representative of your company pushes their way into our house like that, I will call the police.

We really DO NOT NEED NEW WINDOWS.

Still totally stuck in the past with their sales techniques. Outdated hard sell approach that insists on spending a full hour to give a quote that could be done in five minutes. A company utterly behind the times with its hard sell approach and constant phone calls. Will not listen when you say you don't have an hour to be bored out of your mind. Avoid like the plague.

After having windows and doors installed in August 2018 and happy with them. After a month we discovered a few issues with drafts and imperfections on one window. Took 6 phone calls and eventually someone came on 7th January 2019 to have a look. They told us someone would be up the following week and a window would be replaced in 4 weeks. Not a word have I heard since and it's now mid March. Every time I phone I get a call centre and someone will call me back within a hour. It never happens. Very disappointed. It would seem once you have paid, Weatherseal are not interested anymore. Never again will I put myself through this. I hate giving bad reviews, but this has gone on too long.

Thank you! Our new door was fitted in a few hours with no issues. The workmen completed the job to a very high standard. They were friendly and efficient. They tidied everything away when they left.

The process was very straightforward. i was advised in adavcne that my installation would take 3 days commencing on 11 March, that is exactly what happened. the tradesmen were excellent, Andrew Allardyce (W016455) was excellent, very friendly and offered good advice and guidance around the finishings which has really made a difference. Throughout the process I also felt that the team look after my home and did an excellent job of tidying up after the work was completed. So at this point very pleased with my purchase.

From start to finish we had 10 windows and 2 doors fitted fantastic job very friendly workmen price was very reasonable...I would recommend weatherseal .. well done great job very happy customers.
