Delivered on time. Workmen for the windows and doors in a day and tidied up after themselves left no mess.. would reccomend to others. The doors and windows themselves seem superb, quiet and draught free.

Windows not sealed, gaps in the frames and saleswoman lied about cost.

Very pleased with the windows and doors. Just a few issues but now resolved. Excellent fitters.

Had three lovely guy fit my windows and doors over the last two days. They arrived prompt and tidied up after them selfs. Extremely good work and very helpful I would highly recommend team 24 and 25 .

Windows were installed as agreed. However when problems were noted and contact was made with Weatherseal it has so far proved impossible to have the necessary repairs carried out.

Promises continually made to "chase up" repairs but nothing has happened.

The windows are showing gaps allowing you to see out into the street.

We had 2 teams working on our windows & patio door. They worked excellently & were very polite & cleaned up after themselves & even when my husband offered to put some of the cardboard in our recycle bin he refused & said that they removed all waste themselves. I would highly recommend them.

ive got 3 french doors replaced and was happy with the quality and installation proccess the instalers where professional and cleaned op after there selves very well today i was visited by robert from the dundee ofice to measure op another few products wich are on the list i would recomend to all thankyou guys

Kairos Group Ltd? previously Job Worth Doing Ltd (now dissolved, as is SAH Realisations Ltd)

The sales rep initially stated that he was from Weatherseal however there is not one letter; agreement or any correspondence from Weatherseal, only St. Andrews Home Improvements Ltd, now dissolved at around the same time as Weatherseal Home Improvements Ltd (WSHI Realisations Ltd), St. Andrews Home Improvements Ltd (SAH Realisations Ltd), Job Worth Doing Ltd (JWLD Realisations Ltd) all entered administration around 31/08/17.
How many customers have been left with finance deals they didn't want for poor workmanship/installation and finishing and ultimately unfinished work?, which is unacceptable.
There must be CCJ's against Company Directors involved in these companies, and now Clearwin Limited and Kairos Group Limited have now coincidentally formed operating from an industrial estate in Winsford, Cheshire with the same people involved with the previous companies now dissolved.

So once again, who are you, and from what company?

PLEASE NOTE: I have responded to any requests but this is very one-sided as you have not stated which company you are? This should be titled Clearwin Ltd, but you are still using the name of a dissolved company and website in order to promote sales, and state that Weatherseal is a 'trading style' of Clearwin Ltd?
Deceiving your customers, under the guise of failed companies since 1963?
Do any of these customers have any documentation that has Weatherseal Home Improvements listed on it?

Absolutely Delighted with my new windows and front door , great guys , arrived when they said they would ,very efficient and tidy , the windows are good quality and great finish transformed my home ,thank you very much ,I will have no hesitation in recommending Weatherseal Home Improvements, Linda Delaney

If I could give zero stars I would. The salesperson got us to sign up using our autistic daughter, saying we'd get the best security locks on the market that were newly in partnership with Weatherseal from Yale. The doors got installed and it was bog standard locks we were given. I've contacted the company 4 times by email since 4th February and sent an official letter about being missold and the duress used by the salesperson and still no reply. This is now in the hands of my legal representation, and I implore you all do not sign up with this company. Don't even accept a quote, they will bully and harangue you into signing up on the day, even after telling you the quotes last a year to get into your house then suddenly the quote is only valid that day. Wish I had gone local and have suggested to all I know looking to upgrade their windows/doors to avoid the Kairos group completely. Shameful customer service and not worth the stress they've caused my family.

Pressured into buying and after trying to contact sales rep regarding products purchased completely ignored. Manager tried contacting regarding further information for finance and told we wanted to cancel and still haven’t received a representative to cancel the order thankfully I sent the cancellation to their head office also so I wasn’t liable for the full payment of the windows that I didn't want.

Scaffolding still not removed ten days after completion of work. Repeated phone calls have been less than helpful and costly. Concerned about the security of my home. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Installation without fuss, but I would have preferred a better-designed product.

Lots of attention during sales process, but after sales services is shocking. We have been left with unsightly scaffolding at the front of our property and nobody will take responsibility for removing it.

The installation left a lot to be desired, lack of communication, pushing to be paid despite the job not being finished, 3 weeks to respond to complaint and many calls to fight to get work completed!

Would not use this company again.

However the builder was great and did a fantastic job so thank you.

Work and window excellent. Marketing is incessant and not welcome. I said no to doors and feel that my answer had to be repeated far too often

no hard sale, listened to what I wanted and gave great advice. Advised that men would arrive at 8am and they turned up exactly at this time. Cleaned up after work done and you would not think I’d had just had worked done. Would definitely recommend.
