Fines for late payment
Requested Invoice via post only.
Got email 28/8/26 saying download bill, rang up and requested a paper, Invoice as they have done for several years, that came 18/9/26, paid on the day recieved. Also got 2 reminders dated 4/9 and 11/9 on the 18/9/26
they charged £70 charge for late payment. I wrang them up they said they will check if they can remove the £70 charge if not and I do not pay they will pass on to debt collectors and any problem is between me and the post office.
Rant over.
