The very first contact took place in the live chat, where I started discussing my needs with Eric Glass, who is knowleadgeable, professional and very attentive to details. I looked at five different watches, and when I made an appointment to visit Watch-u-Want it turned out that all the five watches appeared exactly as in the photos posted online. I ended up buying a Jaeger LeCoultre, which is as I expected from the photos. Everything is indeed as it appears online, it is a serious company, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Watchuwant is priced better than the rest. " Used, but indistinguishable from new" just means NEW. This is the second time I bought a watch from them and again a fast insured and trackable delivery to Europe.

If you are looking for 'real' watch Joshua and Watch-U-Want is where to look. Top quality used watches at a good price with great service. Joshua and the whole process inspires trust. The customer experience clearly comes first. Joshua realizes this is a major purchase and it comes through in the respect and knowledge he bring to the transaction.
