I'll be honest, at first I was a little hesitant about buying such an expensive piece (as an all-gold Rolex Datejust with a diamond bezel) online... But Anthony Rinaldi's personal attention put my mind at ease. The first watch I bought from WUW was almost 10 years ago. I was so satisfied then that I knew I would come back for more. My latest purchase is a classic 18k rose gold Jeager Reverso with power reserve, moon-phase and day/night indicator on the face. The watch is in true 'hardly worn' condition. I could not and would not buy this watch new from a dealer. And why should, when I can buy a used watch that looks brand new for a super price. It's like buying a $130K Porche for $60K, when the original owner drove it 1500 miles, didn't wear any tire tread, and then garaged it for 10 years.

The transaction was 'clean' and easy. I first saw the watch on the WUW website Friday. Peter Bell answer all my questions that Friday; same day I sent a wire transfer. Tuesday less than two business days later I am wearing this immaculate Reverso.

I purchased an IWC Big Pilot Transitional in August and it has become a favorite time piece. The transaction was successfully brokered with Tom Sutor and David Salamanca. I initially had a bad experience with a trade/purchase that I was trying to put together with Watchuwant and one of their salesmen. After the transaction fell through, much to my surprise, I was contacted by Anthony R., the Lead Watch Buyer at Watchuwant. We had an extremely friendly conversation and came to a mutually agreeable deal, pending inspection of my watch that I want to trade. Anthony salvaged the deal, and more importantly, left me with the firm impression that customer service and customer satisfaction are their primary goals, along with doing an honest days business. I sincerely believe that Anthony wanted to put together a transaction where both the buyer and seller left the table feeling good. I would highly recommend doing business with Anthony R.
