There are 4 Watches of Switzerland showrooms in the United States, including dedicated Rolex, Breitling and Omega boutiques.
At each you’ll find the same warm welcome and personal approach, where no question is too hard and no request too much.
Although we can’t offer you a glass of champagne here on our website, we hope you feel especially welcome and enjoy browsing our collections. Online order. I had a terrible in-store pickup experience.
1. The person took a picture of my order with my personal details on her phone.
2. Didn't offer to explain anything about the watch, or how it functions, how to open or close the bracelet.
3. Didn't tell anything about warranty and when I asked about it she showed it a blurry card without visible date and store.
4. Got mad when I asked to fix the warranty card and it took 30m to do so.
5. Didn't ask if I wanted to resize the bracelet, and when I asked,, gave me a bad look and called someone else to do.
6. Took 30m to remove 1 link and I had to leave before it could finish because it would take a hour to resize it.

I gave the lowest rating because the experience was completely unacceptable for a luxury purchase.
The Omega Speedmaster arrived loose inside its presentation box—with no protective wrapping or proper securing. That alone was shocking. But to make matters worse, there was a visible scratch on the case right out of the box. It’s insane to think this is how a brand-new $10,000 watch is shipped.
Not only was the presentation a major letdown, but I also had no way of knowing whether the movement had been compromised during transit due to the poor packaging. For a high-end timepiece, the lack of care was incredibly disappointing.

I ordered a book
I ordered a book from them (i know, weird.. but they had it, and I wanted it). The book showed up quickly, however, the corners were damaged. If I wanted a damaged $100+ book I would have bought used :)
However, everything else about the transaction was smooth and quick.
