Watch doctors have had my watch for nearly 2 months and provided a quote of £1500 for restoration of my Rolex only to be told no guarantee would be offered. I find this highly suspect for a company to be willing to take a large amount of money to fix a watch but not offer any kind of guarantee for the service they are providing. Doesn’t sound trustworthy in the slightest have asked my watch is returned to me. Would not recommend to anyone as they can’t even provide a guarantee for a service that they are providing regardless of the condition of the watch.

Had a Balmain and Gucci that both weren’t working, even after battery replacement. Online quote request was prompt and reasonable, and packaging was sent in order to securely post. The servicing took several weeks, but the watches worked afterwards and were beautifully cleaned up. Two year guarantee is appreciated. Customer service was excellent in changing the delivery addresses and ensuring it was a legitimate change - thank you Divia!

Repaired my Christian Dior watch in less than a week.Cost nearly half the price quoted by another watch company.Used Tring by postal service,highly recommend.

I have just had my watch returned (free of charge) and unfortunately it is beyond repair, however the service from Watch Doctors was excellent and fast and I was kept informed from it arriving to it being returned to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

These guy were recommended by a freind who had a Rolex reconditioned by them. I wanted someone who could bring my old Omega back to life. New Bezel, Clasp, pins in bracelet, polish and recondition. Price, delivery, customer service absolutely spot on. I’m delighted with the service and wouldn’t think twice about recommending them to anyone looking for a luxury watch repair!

WOW I was going to use that well known watch company what charge triple the price and done in 2or3 days but I thought give these guys ago.
Customer service brilliant always rung me up to tell me what’s going on.
Full polished, fixed watched replaced crown and serviced £307 the other company you would not of got much change from £1000 took 5weeks because how busy they are but it’s worth the wait and cost.

Popped into Thame branch today to assess my repair of Tag as part of the pendulum had fallen off. They assessed the watch and repaired it on site immediately and to my amazement, no charge. They will now service all my watches, what excellent service!

These guys asked for all the details of my watch including a photograph. They then sent me a box to send them the watch for an arranged service.
They then email to say that they cannot service the watch and they want to charge me to send the watch back! Is this a scam?

Brilliant customer service. My watch was not expensive but held a lot of sentimental value. I was told by several jewelers that it couldn't be repaired and the ones that could do it wanted a fortune. Watch Doctors at Tring not only carried out the repair it is far far better than I expected, I can't tell you what it means. Thankyou.

Outstanding service from start to finish from Tring Watch Doctors. I've just collected three watches (a Panerai, a TAG and an Avia), all serviced and restored beautifully at very reasonable prices. Very highly recommended. It's fantastic to find such a professional business, I will definitely be returning.

I have used the Watch Doctors numerous Times over the Years. On my last visit they Serviced/Refurbished my 1975 Vintage Gold Rolex Thunderbird Watch. It came back looking as New. The Staff were all Professional, Friendly & Bubbly

This company advertises as performing Seiko Kinetic capacitor repairs, which I need. I emailed enquiring about this service and they replied with a quote and said I should send them my watch. However, upon receipt the updated quotation contained a note stating that it's a 12 week wait for replacement parts to arrive. I don't want to be without my watch for 12 weeks. If this had been conveyed to me at the quotation stage, I wouldn't have sent my watch in. I feel I should have been informed and offered the option of ordering in the parts before sending them the watch. I give 3 stars as it was sent back promptly, however the disappointing interaction has cost me £20 in postage fees.

Great service from first contact to receiving my repaired watch in the post.

Delighted to have my old watches back.
I thought I'd left it too late with the batteries corroding. They came back this morning in individual blue/purple pouches a really nice touch.

A great repairs service from start to finish. A box was sent out to me straight away to package up my watch. Receipt was confirmed by them straight away and they got to work, the only hold up being a delay in getting a very specific stem for a 1960's watch, which was to be expected. They replaced the glass, did a service and polished up the case, all for a great price. Will certainly use again. You may have some trepidation about posting your watch off, but if it's going to these folks it'll be looked after.

Amazing service from start to end. They made my 50 year old Omega Chronograph look and run like new for half the price I was quoted by Omega and gave it twice the guarantee.

Their customer service is friendly, speedy and proactive and their technicians are an experienced, trustworthy and honest group - they even refused to service one of my watches as they said it didn’t need it & was running within tolerance when they tested it, any other company would have taken the money.
