Many thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Upon looking at the account, I can see we carried out a gas safety certificcate for you within first 14 days of you starting cover.
Our engineers abide by gas saftey regulations and we as a company cannot afford to put tenants or people at risk. It is our moral, ethical and professional obligation to diagonise and highlight any potential problem and risks associated with gas appliances.
As part of the inspection, our engineer(being inline with gas safety regulations) found your boiler to be at risk. We relayed this information to you and issued a CP12 certificate inline with our findings. Any faults/issues were not eligible for repairs because you were still within your cooling off period. You requested us to cancel your plan and we complied with your instructions by issuing you a full refund without any admin fees apart for the cost of carrying out the CP12/service.
At no point did you dispute the boiler was working fine and NOT supposed to be at risk. It has been brought to our knowledge by you that you have replaced your boiler now. I would like to think this was in light of our engineers findings during the CP12 inspection. Had the finidings not been correct, you would not have proceeded to make such an investment without getting a second opinion.

Very fast response and effective claim handling. They are providing free annual boiler service with free gas safety certificate. Very cheaper than other providers. Professional services. I will surely recommend warranty people to everyone.

Superb
Although we have not had to use this company yet for my home cover I found them very helpful when setting up the contract, they called me several times during the process.
The People I spoke to were very polite and extremely helpful, nothing was to much trouble.

Excellent Service
I spoke to Olivia on behalf of my mother in law as she was looking for an alternative cover on her 15yr old boiler. Olivia was amazing, she shared what the policy would entail, the price and the start date. The whole end to end process was completed in a matter of minutes.

Simple to setup. Polite and professional staff
The website is simple enough to navigate and the chat agent Olivia was very easy to talk to. The setup was a doddle and the follow up call very professional. So far so good.

Could not fully evaluate contact as the service requested has not been arranged however the operator was courteous and informative which is as to be expected.
Only issue is the light green text on a white background in the chat window is difficult to read in a bright environment.
