No progress with my order since 16th…
No progress with my order since 16th December. It has been a week now and all I got is confirmation of the order. How long can a delivery take? This is ridiculous, Royal Mail hasn’t even picked it up from you yet!

Doing merino and bike gear right
I've been buying Vulpine for a number of years. This new incarnation seems to be doing all the right things still. Lots of people do merino now, but Vulpine sweaters have lasted a long time. I have worn several pairs of shorts and trousers into the ground because I find them so comfy and great for biking around the city.

Top marks for service and, what looks like, for producing quality products again. Yesterday I ordered a new merino top, which arrived this morning - super quick delivery! After trying it on I was pleased to see you’ve put a pocket on the back of the t-shirt like you used to do so I am very pleased with it.

Amazing customer service to add to excellent quality!
I’ve always loved the Vulpine brand so I was gutted when they went out of business. My recent experience with the new owners though has been nothing short of amazing. I had an issue with a Harrington jacket and I thought they’d say as it was bought under the previous owners that they couldn’t help but quite the opposite, they were extremely helpful. So now I can add amazing customer service to exquisite tailoring and top quality cycle wear. Thanks To Mark at Vulpine for sorting my problem.

Unforgettable experience
Unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, in a bad way. They sent me a wrong order, on which I had to pay customs (I expected to pay customs for the goods I did order, of course). Hence, the correction of my order meant that I would have to pay customs again for the second parcel. They proposed, in writing, that they will cover the customs for me this time. After I received the second parcel, they wrote me an email that they will not do what they promised. This caused me extra costs and I had to pay customs on goods I didn't even order in the first place. Of course, if I had known they will not keep their promise, I would just cancel my order and they would need to return me the money. Bare in mind that in this case, I would still loose the money for having paid for the goods I didn't order (the first parcel). So they made me accept the order and then they got away by not refunding me, which they promised to do. Really difficult to believe, as they seem a reliable company. Needless to say, I have never ever shopped there since.
