This is my partner's favourite brand for clothes, so for Christmas I ordered him a new jacket. Sadly, it didn't fit well so I returned the item at the cost of £60 shipping!!! Following correspondence with Volcom, they provided me with a voucher to cover the cost of the return. They specified that I should have requested a returns label to be able to return the item at no charge. This did not feature in any of their comms. I ordered my partner a new item, using the gift voucher. Sadly, this item was ill-fitting too. I then requested a returns label to be told that I couldn't have one and because part of the payment had been taken by my bank card, I had to pick up the return cost. I don't wish to pick up the cost of the return, so we are stuck with an item that is not satisfactory. Hassle from start to finish. I won't be ordering from Volcom again. The customer service team send blanket replies which are frustrating to say the least.

Don’t even know where to begin, I ordered my clothes on the 4th January. They were trapped at the border for two weeks. They then went for a little Holiday in Oldbury where they remained before my tracking number expired. It’s nearly March and I still don’t have my items. Volcom are refusing to refund me because they said my package isn’t lost just stuck. The customer service has been horrible, I haven’t had any apologies or help. Just a weekly email saying it will be resolved in a week. Shocking.

Manteau de snow acheté... mis 1 semaine et déjà des traces d'usures!
J'ai donc informé le service client... pour me dire ce sont des traces d'usures, nous vous offrons un bon de réduction de 10%... est-ce une plaisanterie!!!
Un manteau au prix de base de 299€... elle est où la qualité!!!
C'est honteux!!!
Ensemble de snow Millet acheté il y a plus de 10 ans pas une trace d'usure... donc je me pose des questions!!!
Toutefois, je peux comprendre que des problèmes peuvent arrivés mais le service après vente doit réagir !!!!
Enfin, bref... volcom=grosse déception !!!!!

Ich habe diese Jeans am 10. September in einem Volcom-Store in Biarritz gekauft und bereits im November Schäden im Schrittbereich festgestellt. Daraufhin habe ich am 03.12. den Kundenservice von Volcom angeschrieben und um Unterstützung gebeten. Da ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt auf Reisen war, habe ich den Kassenbeleg (Barzahlung) natürlich nicht über mehrere Monate aufbewahren können. Der Volcom-Kundenservice berief sich dann in nahezu jeder Antwort auf die Notwendigkeit, einen Kaufbeleg bei ihnen vorzulegen. Selbst auf den Hinweis, man könne doch ggf. die Kassendaten des Stores überprüfen und sogar die Überwachungskameras auswerten, wurde nur geantwortet, dass dies technisch nicht möglich sei.

Somit ist diese Jeans nach nichteinmal 2,5 Monaten auf dem Restmüll gelandet und ich werde in Zukunft einen weiten Bogen um diese Marke machen. Im Netz liest man auch so einige negative Berichte zur Qualität und zum extrem unflexiblen und kostspieligen Rücksendeverfahren.

Ich kann an dieser Stelle nur jedem von Volcom abraten! Es gibt genügend andere Skate-Marken, die ihre Artikel günstiger anbieten, gleichzeitig bessere Qualität bieten und denen die Kundenzufriedenheit wichtig ist.

Very good quality clothing, good support, good price-performance ratio. I use Volcom products since over 20 years and have not been disappointed so far.

Item took 11 days to arrive, and had a hole in it. Customer services are very slow to respond and have so far offered a 50% refund. I either want a wearable item or a full refund thanks! AVOID!

An absolute joke. Received an email about a sale - bought some jeans and had the order cancelled without warning a day later. I had to ask customer service myself what happened. Was offered a measly 10% discount code, that didn't actually work on first try.

Ordered another size - guess what? The same thing happened. Order cancelled without any reason or justification from customer service.

At the time of writing this review, the jeans have now gone back up to full price with the out of stock versions still available to add to your basket and check out.

Ordered 2 items and paid more for faster delivery. 2 weeks later and I still haven't received my items. DPD tracking states my delivery is expected 1 day ago. No response from customer service after sending an email. won't be ordering again.

Fan de la marque, je suis decu de leur facon de vendre via leur site internet.

Commande validee, un pantalon et un tee shirt. Payee.

Livree: un pantalon.

Je les contacte: "ah ouais c'est vrai on a oublie de mettre le tee shirt dedans, mais pas de soucis on va vous rembourser"

La taille du pantalon n'etait pas celle que j'avais commandée.

Est ce que je dois developer la ou je veux en venir ?

Retoure ist hart, wollte extra beim Hersteller und nicht bei irgendeinem Shop bestellen - war ein Fehler. Deutsche Homepage, Rückversand auf eigene Kosten nach Frankreich, kein Rücksendelabel in der Sendung etc. Rechtlich alles okay, aber nicht verbraucherfreundlich. Volcom sollte einfach nur Händler beliefern, keine Privatkunden, dann dann der Frust der Masse nicht auftreten.

Customer service is utterly atrocious. Cheeky and condescending The ‘special offers’ have more get out clauses than the Tory manifest. Buy the gear by all means, but do so from local stores rather than direct from them.

Terrible company from start to finish. Avoid these and go to someone who has a customer care in place.

Rücksendungen müssen ernsthaft selbst frankiert werden auf eine Adresse die man per Mail bekommt. Da das Versandhaus in Frankreich ist, kostet das also im günstigsten Fall 13€ mit Versicherung....was für ein absoluter Witz

Leaving this here as I see plenty of cross-over traffic for .co.uk.

Ordered twice from the .co.uk and both times it arrived withing the time allotted. As they are shipping from France it took 1-2 longer but really not a big deal because I am a realistic person who appreciates things. People may do well to actually read some of the information provided by the sites they purchase from.

I think some of the people complaining have never ordered anything that was not based in U.K so they were surprised to find out it actually takes time to ship things. It is France, not India guys. Like, it is write across the way from the U.K. on the map. lol.

Try ordering from Japan or China and waiting for 6 weeks if you think a few extra days are bad.

Also, the tracking works great on there site. Never had to return anything, but I am careful about what I order when I know it is coming from another country.

Lots of entitlement with people these days but for what it is worth, Volcom makes dope apparel for people that know better. The sales make it possible to pick up some great looks at decent prices and the materials used are top-notch.

Happiness is a function of expectation. Respect the stone/

Expédition rapide, produits arrivés emballés individuellement, sans défaut, et à la bonne taille! Que demander de plus? Des prix moins élevés peut-être.. mais j'ai acheté en solde avec 50% de remise, et 2 pantalons pour moins de 70 euros cela me semble très raisonnable!
Première expérience chez Volcom VAD, je recommanderai!

PS: attention pour les pantalons leur guide de taille est assez serré, ils me recommandaient M, mais comme je le savais j'ai pris L, et au final le L est parfait.

Tried to buy a bunch of stuff (coz it was a sale!), but credit cards didn't seem to work(thankfully). Apparently the attempted transactions got flagged.

Also emailed 'customer service' twice but no reply at all...hmmmm

Hi, I was wondering if I could get an update on my order i placed 5/3/2020? In the confirmation email it states the Face Masks would be in stock and the order would ship 5/20/2020. Now I'm seeing they're out of stock again until 6/20/2020. Please explain how it was i placed my order almost a month ago, and am now expected to wait another month? This isn't alright, not after the issues with my last order where it took almost that long to get a pair of Sandals.
I've attached the confirmation email I received 5/3/2020 and in the screenshot below you will see the Ship Date for all items is 5/20/2020.
The only reason I'm posting in the reviews area is because I don't get any correspondence from their CS email.
