Volcom was always about alternative designs, awesome graphics, and being completely different. People who didn't live through your golden era in the 90s and 2000s don't know what they missed. Now you just make ugly, basic clothes with bad materials. You've completely ruined the brand. Get your act together, man, and bring the real Volcom back

the prices and discounts are depicted correctly in the site. with a problem I had, the Customer Service responded quickly with no AI robot, but with real person agent. really appreciated.

Me equivoqué en la talla y me dieron la posibilidad de cancelar el pedido, el reembolso del importe fue rápido, rápida respuesta, solución y gestión ante una equivocación por mi parte, un buen servicio al cliente 👍👌

Me engañaron en la compra de unos calcetines en showroomprive, ponía tres pack y me mandaron tres pares por 20€.
Además las sudaderas de baja calidad se hacen bolas.

Brought many many volcom clothing Thur the years . I loved the men's tank tops the last two tank top purchase suck no man with dignity wants a short wide tank top .what happen volcom ? Used to be long and slim . Half shirts died after the mid 80s .

Suite à un achat sur Showroom privé, je souhaite effectuer un retour, et c'est avec Volcom que je dois l'effectuer, mais bizarrement, la page dédiée aux retours ne reconnait ni mon n° de commande, ni mon n° de suivi, je ne peux donc pas démarrer ma demande ! J'envoie un mail mais réponse générique, "utilisez ce lien" qui ne reconnait rien ! J'essaie d'appeler l'équipe support, personne ne répond !!! Donc je viens ici, après j'irais sur google, et enfin répression des fraudes !!!

Great design and quality. Shirt and sweater sizing proven super consistent over all models and over time. Surprising detailing on jeans. Will keep coming back 🙂

Bought a pair of Volcom sunglasses. Within weeks, the lenses started to blister. I do not exaggerate that I have tried to communicate with them at least ten times to resolve it without a single reply. Such a shame as they WERE one of my favourite brands. Way to lose a good customer Volcom.

La qualité des tee-shirts n'est plus au rendez-vous. Même lavé à 30° le tee-shirt Stone blanks White se déforme. Je ne rachèterai plus volcom en tee-shirt.

Ich hatte ein Kleidungsstück, welches nach drei Monaten Fehler aufwies und habe den Support kontaktiert.
Dort hat man mir sofort zwei Möglichkeiten der Regulierung angeboten, die beide überaus entgegenkommend waren. Perfekter Service, blitzschnelle Antworten und eine Top Lösung.
Volcom ist und bleibt mein Fashion Favorit 👍👍👍

Beware of Volcom. They offered me a special deal to buy two wallets for $50. When I received the package, only one was correct; the other was incorrect. I emailed them and received a non-human response. After 15 days, a person finally contacted me saying they would send the correct one. Then, about 10 days later, I received a different wallet for the second time. I've been waiting a month for the correct wallet and still nothing. The staff seems to be playing games with customers when they make mistakes. They need to be more professional because once they get paid, they don't care what they sent you.

Aweful customer service and experience with one of my favourite brands. Bought snowboard trouser with a defect with the pocket and a wouldnt allow me to return them and get a refund. Rear pockets were sewn down and ripped a hole in them on the first day riding in the snow

Never again! Do not buy direct. Foolishly i checked trustpilot score post delivery - WOW, the reviews are real. Shambolic returns process. 5 DHL drop shops later i had to goto airport for return. TBC if i get refund. Multiple emails to Volcom before someone replies.

I had trouble navigating the return policy and the customer service team were very quick and helpful.

I’ve bought a skiing pant and jacket from volcom last year.
Both the jacket and the pants are water nor wind proof, i emailed them about it and they said it was too late to return them…
After using them 1 day in the snow the fabric was already starting to wear out due to poor quality.
Again i emailed volcom customer service about this, but they started to ignore me.
Still i havent received any reply or refund….
