Mobile data box issue
I went in with my Vodfone mobile wifi box device not working even with a mobile data SIM inserted. As soon as I walked in Shauna asked me could she help and I explained the issue and she said take a seat and took if from there. She used her expertise and had the mobile wifi box and SIM working in no time (turned out I’d put the SIM card in wrong…!). Shauna was fantastic, took the time to help me with a smile without making me feel stupid and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Shauna for making my day, a true credit to the store/company.

I would give a zero
I would give a zero. Was going to switch broadband and tie into a two year contract but not any more.
Started a chat tonight and attitude was appalling. Definitely had no inference skills and waad not reading what I was sending her. Really awful service and I will now never be a Vodaphone customer and will deter anyone I know from ever joining them also.
Wasted an hour of my life but I could have wasted a lot of money with that attitude and poor customer service.
