All Sorted Very Quickly

Needed to renew my 3 contract and Shauna managed to do this in no time at all. In addition, she arranged for extra roaming charges for when I am in Europe so great result all round! Many thanks.

Very helpful staff in Vodafone 3 Wrexham

Popped into the Wrexham store to update my contracts and spoke to Melissa. Had great service and left with upgraded devices at less cost. Melissa was very helpful and made the process relatively quick and painless.

Instore vs cold call

Melissa managed to help me update my phone contracts and broadband in store. I personally hate cold callers and prefer a face to face experience. Everything was explained at a decent speed, another reason I prefer going in store. Over the phone you miss half of what is said because they just speak too fast.
