Welcoming and knowledgeable staff
Visited Truro store today to renew contracts. On arrival I was welcomed by the store manager and directed to Madeline who listened to my requirements and searched for the best available offer. All staff made myself and my dog welcome. The entire process only took a few minutes. Great service from the Truro team.

In the Truro shop I paid 10…
In the Truro shop I paid 10 pounds...told to wait an hour for it to activate. It never did. Went back the next day no one would help me. Told me to purchase another voucher. The short rude female there actually told me to leave the store. I had said very calmly that I would not pay for another voucher...they had lost my original one. She said because she was short and my wife and I are tall that she felt intimidated and we had to leave. I will request my bank to refund this as it is a fraudulent charge. In the past 25 years of world travel I have never been treated so badly. I will post on social media and take further action until this useless employee is gone.
UPDATE -
I rang Vodafone and told my story of difficulty getting my data on my phone. The female was so incredibly polite and helpful and got my data onto my phone. Something the people at the Vodafone shop in Truro refused to help me with and were incredibly rude. After more than 25 years of travel (I am from Australia) and needing sim cards every time my wife and I come to Europe which is about twice a year I thought I would never use Vodafone again. Thanks to the very helpful people on the phone I will in the future.
